Chilling like A Kat 🤣🤣
At some point the screen is so large you would have to step back to see it all… At which point
… Why have all that detail? Peehaps 8K is needed for that sweet spot but, honestly, no more please. This is getting silly.
NowTV has only just started streaming in 1080p and that’s only if you pay extra. The same with Sky, HD and 4k is a premium add on and there’s little actual 4k content you can watch with it.
4k as a mainstream resolution is still years away and now they want to sell us 8k as if it’s something we need and something there’ll be actual content for. Imagine the bandwidth needed to stream it aswell and it then gets to the point of it depending on how good your eyes are and not the resolution it’s displayed at.
Dope
Tech merchants: look our tv has a tiny border, no borders is the future
Me: I wish I had a future
They need to fix the awful Smart hub built into all Samsung Smart TVs and dramatically drop the price on these TVs.
But can it fold
Price?
That 8k looks great. ( as I watch this video in 360p LoL )
It’s not OLED. Pass!
When is 16K coming? Just ridiculous 8K 4K. I would like to speak to an ophthalmologist and see how much can the human eye actually discern? First we had 480 than 1080i than 1080p (they were all the be-all and end-all picture perfection) then we started with 4K (nothing can touch it, it was phenomenal, fantastic, out of this world) now 8K when will it stop. This is just to make consumers think that their TV is outdated and that they’re left behind so they need to ditch they perfectly working TV to get a new one.
Couldn’t even make a 4k video for this.
What are you doing CNET?
Anyone that owns an 8k TV in 2019/2020 is a fool.
Pointless
Better than uh… idk.
It’s an LCD, with barely there bezel.
144p fans hit like🤷
Everyone I know is investing in projector s cuz they are learning out 3D technology in these TVs

Wtf is this prices?
I am Swedish and here now and the price for that tv is 5900 US dollars (59 000 SEK)
2:05 witness a voice crack in its natural habitat
Have 5 of the 55 inch 8k tv and they are crap
I think 8k right now is meant for new windows 11 operating systems and video gurus. Possibly gaming but we are no where near 8k anything.
LG IS BETTER!!! We have the smallest tv like paper
