My Sprint / T‑Mobile ser­vice has increas­ing­ly got­ten worse since the merg­er. Cus­tomer ser­vice is atro­cious, almost nonex­is­tent. Tried to get in con­tact sev­er­al times and they are now giv­ing out 800 num­ber that no longer works.

About 8 months ago my Sprint phone died… I was con­stant­ly get­ting a NO SIGNAL mes­sage.…… Took it to the Sprint store where they basi­cal­ly told me I need a new phone… It cost me 1500 dol­lars to buy the phone out­right, and switched my ser­vice to T Mobile with a new num­ber. I went with it.… Need­ed the phone for work, and Vado had no choice but to switch.…
Today I decid­ed to charge up my old Sprint phone.…… And now it mirac­u­lous­ly works fine.… Sprint logo and 4 out of 5 bars in the left cor­ner.…. Tried to call home.…. Got a Sprint mes­sage, I could place the call col­lect, or buy min­utes through Sprint.…..

Isn’t fun­ny how a phone that was declared dead and unfix­able Now amaz­ing­ly WORKS? After this I now feel I was scammed into buy­ing a new phone along with new T mobile service.

how much was the old sprint unlim­it­ed that every­one prais­es? because my tmo­bile Magen­ta max even in thr fine print says my data wont slow down at all even after 100gb and its true because I used 100+ on my old magen­ta plan and it did slow down. my month sum­ma­ry says I’m at 120gb this month and im still stream­ing every­thing and down­load­ing game roms and movies at the same speed. I pay 85 dol­lars for it though. includes net­flix sub as well. And unlim­it­ed talk text and a ton of data in Mex­i­co where I spend half the year.

so whats gonna hap­pen to the boost­mo­bile customers?

Sprint tryed to use me rais­ing my bill high­er and high­er over a $ 100 some­thing dol­lars. . They exploit­ed pic­tures on my phone. .even some­times would snap pic­tures with my phone of me… When I got my phone they shut me out of my voice mail, nev­er cor­rect­ing it.. .in the store or on the phone.

I’m get­ting tired and I wish the author­i­ties or gov­ern­ment would come in and inves­ti­gate and file a suit against sprint, crick­et, and straight talk.

can some­one help? i bought a unlocked iphone se 2020 off of ama­zon, phone is excel­lent con­di­tion, the imei num­bers are clean, it is not black­list­ed, my account is still with sprint even tho they merged with T‑Mobile, when i try to acti­vate the phone online, they say the phone is not in their inven­to­ry and can­not be acti­vat­ed, EVEN THO its unlocked, i received a paper with the phone say­ing i dont have to acti­vate it, just slap my old sim card in it, when i did that, i have cel­lu­lar data and text, but not able to make phone calls
