Very black sky here at night because it’s on the coast. I first noticed what I thought was either the North Star or per­haps a satel­lite . It sat close to the pan han­dle of the plough. But… as I stud­ied it it seemed to be flut­ter­ing like a kite try­ing to catch the wind but it began to appear more like a mos­qui­to caught in a net only being allowed move­ment in a marked off area . I began to think my eyes were play­ing tricks but as I observed the still­ness of the sur­round­ing plan­ets I realised this object looked like it was in a pan­ic to escape a spe­cif­ic area which seemed to be dark­er that the rest of the sky. I decid­ed­To ask the concierge to come and observe as well it’s always bet­ter when a sec­ond per­son has seen some­thing unusu­al that you’ve seen too. He took film of it as he had his cam­era and I decid­ed to go home and col­lect mine at that point we said good­bye and Said I’m going back to see the object that is very bright and seem to have two dan­gling legs which made it look more like a mos­qui­to. Return­ing with my cam­era it had shift­ed quite a lot fur­ther towards the mid­dle of Sul­ly going towards Penarth.
I filmed it and by this time it was danc­ing much fur­ther areas apart but still com­ing back to a fair­ly cen­tral point but now being able to fol­low off again in dif­fer­ent direc­tions as if it had seemed to have become freer. It was freed up in space at this point but always return­ing to the orig­i­nal area.I felt my mis­sion was com­plete but I didn’t know what it was I guess it was a satel­lite I guess it was look­ing for some­where to posi­tion itself I have no idea but an inter­est­ing dis­cov­ery at the same time I was there with the concierge I hap­pened to look out towards the sea and see what I could only think for one moment was shoot­ing star but it was dif­fer­ent to shoot­ing star it’s seem to have spread out so I’m not sure if it was a comet but he missed that and I cer­tain­ly didn’t get it on cam­era it looks like it was going down into the sea.
So two very two very inter­est­ing objects on one night. That’s the sec­ond time in my life but the one I saw before some­thing amaz­ing the first was in 9073 and that was amaz­ing on a bright win­ters morn­ing when I saw some­thing like a flu­o­res­cent shaped light very bright going through the blue sky at a rate of knots com­pare to an aero­plane I fol­lowed it until I couldn’t see any more with my eyes. I got to work and they hadn’t opened up and we were wait­ing and I told the oth­ers what I’d seen at that point we all looked towards the sky and the thing I had seen going hor­i­zon­tal­ly straight across the sky had then turned upright and was total­ly ver­ti­cal I just car­ried on going up until it dis­ap­peared we nev­er spoke of it again none of us report­ed it it was just some­thing we saw very high­ly unusu­al still don’t know to this day what it was but I shall always won­der which makes me think there are big­ger greater things out there than us because at that speed I can’t imag­ine any one from earth trav­el­ling at that speed across the sky and then straight up through the stratos­pheres.
