It would be amazing to see international participants on this show.
Dude made it in what, 2 days? Wow!
It just seems unfair that competitors get to use their own blacksmithing equipment. Whoever has the best equipment has a leg up on the other one.
it looks like an upside-down pp
Moral of the story is money can’t buy skill or experience.
He swung Paul’s sword more slowly as he cut the watermelon horizontally.
History channel makes normal things so entertaining. But still I don’t know why they ask the participants “are they ready?”
in our place it’s called sang-got, we use it to lampas or clean the tall grasses and unwanted plants or weeds in the yard.
It’s not about winning. It’s about who sells the blade in the end😁 which is worth 10k
so chopping a watermellon is the same as beheading someone .. good to know .. geez -.- 😀
Contestant: I’m gonna use Damascus
Me: sighs shock
Some people say people like guns and swords for phallic reasons. Well, the Makraka takes the cake. It comes complete with balls and a head. Ridiculous. lol.
4:06-4:16 those guy were forced to take there time making it and had lots of practice
Always a good idea to rest on the street.
If both swords make it to the end of the competition, the two blade smiths should battle it out to the death with their blades.
Judge: heavier side
Me: shame
I swear they intentionally botch the tests sometimes, Dougs swing was way slower on the horizontal watermelon slice with the second sword than the first, and he used two hands on the downward slice with the first sword and not the second.
It’s a phallus lol
At 4:55 is that the view from his back yard?!
this sword is kinda useless xD
it was over in round one once doug said one was heavy
This vertical slice was dangerous…
Not to be that guy but that sword has a, noticeable phallic shape
How can you tell if your blade is “hard” by running the file on it? Is the sound too high pitched or is it so soft that it’s dragging the steel?
well sir, your blade cuts fruits
Man, I feel like there wasn’t nearly enough credit to Craig for delivering such a thin light blade that managed to hold up miraculously well during the durability tests. Normally the thin blade does great on the first round then gets btfo’d in the last 2, but this one held up beautifully… first time I’ve seen that happen.
I’m surprised no one commented on the phallic design of the sword
Nothing like a Roman Gladius.
Shield is made of OSB lmfao 🤣
FJB. FKH. FNP.
“your blade is on the heavy side“
ggwp
Looks like a giant karambit…
The guy with the lighter blade wins right
Lamo. That video game was a show. Don’t use the video game of another shoe to steal a show’s weapon. How weak! To many awesome games you can pick from. Feels like you should only have picked weapons from this game, if you’re gonna pick any from it.
what does in makraka means in english
’ sharp p*nis’
“i sure hope it’s hard”💀💀💀💀
The forged in fire channel on here has way way better cuts and piecing together, and they’re the same length of time.
Wtf? Am i the only one seeing this? 0:41
Why does this sword look like a.…. o.O
Dudes got a weird grin on his face whenever he says “it will keeel” so creepy 😱
But when he says ” it will cut” he’s got a normal face 🤔
The blade kinda looks like a…
Personally I’d try to do a Damascus pattern that looked like veins.
It’s kinda whacky that these guys are competing for $10,000 when they all seem to have $50–100K workshops (except that one guy who used a lawn chair and a blow-dryer as a forge)
السيف الحقيقي لايصنع في 4 ايام بل يصنع في وقت أكتر من ذالك بكتير ويصنع بكل تقة وقوة واتقان
0:17 He says, “The makraka.“
Then the dude’s face says, “The whaaaat?”
I feel like the person who goes 2nd gets screwed over because the guy swinging it doesn’t swing it as hard or as fast. Subjective fatigue. They should just use a machine for a more consistent result.
That face 5:58 😂😂😂
