The big guy looks like santa
I really like & respect Tom. Humble, unassuming and wise. The man is expert level crafter, expert level in his knowledge of history behind the items he crafts, expert in survival & hunting and expert in life. You never see him curse, you never hear him whine, he is allways optimistic and he has passion for what he does. I dont allways watch mountain men but i do watch it every time i see him in it.
Tom is a national treasure.
Tom numéros 1 👍👍👍🤠
This Is one of most important weapons in human history it’s the weapons that saved humans, a weak creature finding there tool to survive. Almost every culture has there version and there’s some that look like works of art so pretty that no sword could match there beauty ‚what a fun tool going back to the human roots a good old atatl

How do I get tom’s contact..if I want him to make me a primitive bow n arrows
I could watch these two make tools and toys all day here. God bless them both.
Ahhh so that’s where my toys were on Christmas morning😂😂
Native American people use blunt arrows to train and just use stone points to hunt down real prey, I’m pretty sure they did it too in ancient times, a stone point has way to many work in it to use it for practice
You can also make pitch with charcoal in it.
None of you can say you met the guy. I have. I live in Montana myself. Jealous much? I think so
Tom has feathers in his shed? I thought feathers were illegal.
❤👵🇨🇦
I love ya Tommy I’m coming to Montana to see you an hug ya buddy
Yeah whoa that was mark on😊

You should do a entire show on TOM AND NANCY!!!!! Theyre AWESOME!!! i love his hand crafted items!!!!
Most ppl that age has a hard time buying their own groceries, these guys are making their own weapons, living of the land of grit in harsh nature providing everything by themselves. May they stay healthy!
Love from the Cherokee nation
So much more distance perfect weapon .
Dude is a master craftsman
Jon Snow could’ve used those obsidian darts… Maybe could’ve saved season 8
♥️♥️🙏🙏
True mountain men lot of knowledge
Obviously ancient aliens hunted this way.
What a great video. Thanks Tom.
I like these guys” they laugh about what they are doing, but really it’s very technical stuff, in the wilderness making bows, arrows, lovely cabin big old log fire after a day in the coldest of conditions, Tough but OMG who wouldn’t want a go at this,
Imagine they are in their prime making crafts like this.
0:06 What? Aladar’s Narrating the mountain men in National Geographic
Tom Oar amazes me with his skills at making weapons from the years before dot and too the present day.
I love Tom he’s the best.
Loves me some atlatl.
