No no pls don’t trust anything she says. Am using it and I hate it. At least if I can sell half the price I would. There are so many issue with these.

Just purchased this 3 days ago in 2022. Good buds at this price point with discounts.
Someonehelp me the major issues I am facing is sometimes when I connect these the volume button on my phone dosent work which is very irritating
3:12 I’ve had mine for a bit more than year now and seldom use them and the battery was never great. I was on coach trip for around 5 hours a few days ago and WITHOUT ANC on, the battery died before I arrived to my destination, and the volume was half or less than that! It’s simply unbelievably disappointing!
These are sounding low on my iphone 11 I cleaned earphones any solutions
