As Black Lives Matter protests have spread across America, more and more people have begun sharing clips of police violence online. It’s not just happening at protests, either: sometimes police violence is captured in everyday life.
On June 2nd, a traffic stop in Baytown, Texas turned violent when a couple friends began to question the arrest of a black man. One man recorded the clip and it went viral, but it didn’t end there. It set off a ripple effect across his life and the city of Baytown, Texas.
What happens when someone uses technology to glare back at police interactions? For Isaiah Benavides, it may have put him in harm’s way.

Those uniformed public servants are Animals
You did a perfect way how those police department be a way to clean their areas !!!!!! ANIMALS MUST NOT BE SERVING THE PUBLIC!!!!
Well done it’s a fact that American police target blacks .Corrupt cops should be jailed and put into GP where they can learn a bit of humillity
Shots fired, officer’s down. 🐷💩🖕🤬
And cops still wonder why people love them, too excessive much.
All these officers need life in Jalil.
The reason why the way the cop brown reacted that way, he is acting guilty.
Just so the Makers of this video know. YOU CAN NOT BE ARRESTED FOR CUSSING IN PUBLIC. IT’S A 1st AMENDMENT RIGHT THAT YOU CAN SUE THE OFFICERS ALL WHO ARRESTED YOU AS WELL AS THE POLICE DEPT.
Fired, he needs to be in prison. He kneed this dude in the face.
2:30 ABUSIVE 👮🏻♂️
How can you arrest someone for cursing when the officers is doing the same thing
They’re not police, they’re SS soldiers of the American Gestapo committing another act of brutality and genocide against black people. They’re sadistic, savage, bloodthirsty barbarians and ravenous hyenas.
Something Is Wrong With These COPS This One Is CRAZY, PLEASE Say He Is Not Still Working As A COP He Is A MENCIS😮
What’s problematic is that citizens must endure the indignity, brutality, and illegality some cops inflict before police misconduct can be addressed. However, how about reducing potential police misconduct before it unfolds? That goal, to be sure, will require an involved, protracted set of steps to change policing by changing police culture, among other things. Whenever there persists an Us against them mindset, it will take a comprehensive strategy and small yet significant gestures to bridge the chasm between the cops and communities, especially communities of color.
They think qualified immunity is going to save them. And before cameras, it did .
Good job keep the cameras rolling baby
Pigs is a drug dealer
3:06 I’m only 3 mins in but I hope to god the prosecutor dismissed this BS charge of disorderly conduct… we have a 1st amendment right to say whatever the F we want and to film the police in the course of their duties!! This is absolutely absurd!!!
This is what happens when human beings are ruled by paranoia it makes one fearful. One cab understand because of lawlessness. Yet, if one exhibits authority that paranoia doesn’t give them the right to abuse their authority.
Officer brown is back on the job in baytown how do i know cuz they stopped a bus full people visiting families in the states they were checking passports i spoke to one of the passenger’s and he said ” we have no idea why they stopped us we stopped for food and headed back to Mexico these are just people that went to visit family in other parts of the states for the holiday
That cop is most likely at another police department doing the same thing.
I should start policing the police.
MOST DANGEROUS PERSON IS A BRUTE IN UNIFORM
Hopefully Brown is far away from law enforcement now. He’s a bad person that should have power over others.
take the settlement money from the cop, not the communities they terrorize.
You guys didn’t get Officer Brown fired, he did that to himself. You did a very brave thing. Cussing is disorderly conduct? Since when?
Blue line gangsters
It’s still messed up that they can attack people and only get fired, but when citizens do the same they get years in jail, lose their job, and have that on their record forever.
This pig should be in jail for the rest of his life and every cop that was with him should be fired for not removing him from the police. They were aware of how bad he was and didn’t arrest him and take away his badge
A good way to know if you’re dealing with a tyrant they have a costume on with a badge that they think gives them special privileges
you guys should find out where brown lives and return his kindness
Well done citizens for holding our public servants accountable, having a armed gang running wild in our country is nothing I believe our founding fathers had intended for their posterity when they wrote the Bill of Rights.
Thank you for the commercial interruptions they provided the only content to this sad rendition of a audit? The narrator was especially terrible!
