Sony A7C Review: a little ripper!

If you could have any full-frame cam­era, which one would you choose for photography?

Just found you and imme­di­ate­ly sub­scribed- very friend­ly and relat­able dis­po­si­tion, thor­ough review and pre­sent­ed in a fun and non nerdy way, and above all you seem super chill and cool — Rock on!,

I’ve had the Sony A7c for a while for pho­tog­ra­phy and it’s fall­en more and more to my lik­ing as time goes on, so I actu­al­ly no longer use my Sony A9 and con­sid­er sell­ing it.
The size is per­fect for me and I love that the viewfind­er puts in the side of the cam­era as I pre­fer that way of pho­tograph­ing. For the viewfind­er I have bought an eye­cup, and now the viewfind­er has become real­ly good to work with.
I absolute­ly love the Col­or Sci­ence, and now I often only pho­to­graph in jpg.
My only down­side with the cam­era is that the LCD screen could well be more high res­o­lu­tion, but it is still pos­si­ble to work with in most sit­u­a­tions.
Regard­ing the small­er num­ber of but­tons and wheels on the cam­era com­pared to, for exam­ple, Sony A9, it is not a prob­lem for me as I switched the but­tons and wheels that are to the ones I use the most. I always use focus track­ing, so I do not need a but­ton / wheel to move focus around with, as I just lay the focus point with focus ‑track­ing on the sub­ject that should be in focus and then I can move the sub­ject where I want in the viewfind­er or on the screen. I think it’s much faster that way too.

Best lit­tle review on the A7C!

need advice.. would you rec­om­mend a7c or fuji xt4 for music/concert photography?

She has a great personality!

Doing research on cam­eras always felt like work to me. You made this video so easy and enjoy­able to watch!

But the lens­es are so big,that’s why I use micro 4/3.

What would you say is an over­all best lens for this A7C ?

Thank you for not being a price snob and act­ing like $1800 isn’t alot of cash for most of us…and men­tion­ing that $3500 is ALOT ALOT. 

I’m tired of review­ers glaz­ing over prices mak­ing the rest of us feel poor for think­ing “I can’t pay that!”
And I have over $15 grand in the bank AND a decent retire­ment fund at 44 years old. I’ve been at neg­a­tive bal­ance too, and those prices are alot for me still. So thank you. Strange to thank authen­tic­i­ty , you’d fig­ure its built into peo­ple. But…it isn’t. 

So..thanks Bec­ca.

When I’m out protest­ing the police and start­ing riots , I grab for my Sony a7c LOL

good review, how­ev­er, using a heavy lens I think it defeats the pur­pose f light gear con­cept, I wish you would’ve paired with some­thing lighter and versatile

Does it use the same bat­ter­ies as the a7s?

A com­pact cam­era is a lit­tle bit point­less when you put a humungous lens like that on it.
