The issue is I need both the Mini and the Pro Max 🙂
The iPhone 12 Mini is a more pocketable smartphone with flagship features and a flagship price. $700 for another bling phone? It’ll probably fly, but your overview lacked important information:
1: It has been stated elsewhere that other iPhone 12 models have 6 GB of RAM. Is this correct? And if so, does the 12 Mini also have 6 GB?
2: Real-world battery performance evaluations are in order. Can this phone last a day with some talk, some text, some web-browsing and maybe some GPS navigation? What will be the best way to charge and top-off the 12 Mini during everyday use, to boost long-term battery longevity? (Gentle charging vs. high-watt turbo-charging?)
3: There are plenty of smartphones out there with 5.4‑inch diagonal displays. How advantageous is the one-handed operation going to really be? How readable is the screen?
4: Will aftermarket display protectors and silicone cases make this supposedly tough phone even tougher? How would the display protectors affect the interface?
5: How pocketable is the 12 Mini in the real word? Pants pockets? Blazer / jacket pockets?
Apple sheep will buy it anyways lol. Expensive phone with no charger lol.

If Apple is concerned so much about the environment, let them change their yearly phone release cycles to every 3 years .… that saves the environment multifold. They should stop this marketing BS in the name of environment. I am getting the Mini, tired of the heavier pro bricks…

i think the size of previous iphones like iphone 6,7,8 Se2020 was good and this mini should have been in same size, it is smaller than previous mentioned iphones. what u guys think?

I am so excited for the IPhone Mini! I’m preordering a white Mini on 11/6! I’m petite and I have been tried of big screens. Get a IPad Pro if you want a big screen. I have that iPad Pro 2020 12.9 too.

Sold. The Mini is the first iPhone that I will upgrade to since the original SE. Five and half years with the SE because I detest the rounded, slippery edges of the previous iPhones.

That bloody huge notch on top of the screen is a huge turn off,i have being waiting for the last five years for the notch to dissapear,but i guess apple thinks its very attractive lol.will stick to my samsung sleek elegant design.
Apple knows due to pandemic iPhone will be sold less., So a lot of paid promotions and excite awakening shows are not a rare thing to wonder about

I got the iPhone mini. And I love the size. Feels good in my hand. Fits perfect in my pocket. And the battery gets through my day. There’s been no issue with the battery. And Ny phone use is average.
I am still rockin my iPhone 7 and it’s a champ.Having the smaller screen is fine and I am used to it.Once these minis get to the 3–400 dollar range I’ll buy one 🙂

Yeah tell me about it, mini here is 5.6″ size! And my iphone 8 plus is now becomes iphone “8 plus mini!” 😀
Its not that small that u make it sound like actually for example i had an iPhone 8 before that is 4.7″ , and it is bigger than iphone 5 , 5s , 12 mini is all screen and 5.4″ , which for my opinion makes it an average perfect balanced size , personally i don’t enjoy walking out with a 6.7″ brick in my pockets
It’s the best smart phone up there besides the iPhone SE 1 iphone SE 2 iphone SE 3 and the iPhone 13 mini along with the iPhone 12 mini to. And the best budget and the best Pocket iPhones too
I tried out the 12 Mini. It’s very tiny. But it is a really good phone if you don’t want to pay a fortune. It also takes good pictures of the stars! That was a huge plus for me. But the iPhone 12 Pro Max and the 13 Pro Max literally does astrophotography! So if you’re willing to spend the money, do it. Also, 12 Mini IS in fact a 5G device.
