Yeah good cheap phones are becoming so, so much better.
They have always been underrated by people like you for like years I feel.
but now they are at another level.
At the same time though, companies like Samsung seem to be dropping the ball. My mom bought an A50 from them and she had it for literally a couple of days before the screen cracked. I had once had a Samsung core prime for $100 that survived super, super long (about 5 years) Even when I accidentally drowned it all that broke was the digitizer (the part of the screen that registers touch and can literally be swapped out with a part on ebay for like $10.) I gave up on it because by then it was becoming laggy and slow.
I’m here today because I accidentally put my Samsung10e into the washing machine. I’ve only had it for about 3 years. It doesn’t look good…
Obviously they aren’t meant for the chemicals and movement combined with water in a washing machine, but given my experience with the $100 phone and the fact that it’s supposed to be water-proof I hoped maybe- just maybe. Anyway, it’s in rice right now. I’ll update if anyone is interested.
In pakistan you can get this one in used condition but 100% working for less than $100 😂
