15 peo­ple dying in the Cher­nobyl acci­dent is what the USSR report­ed to save face it’s now esti­mat­ed that a total of 4000 peo­ple lost their lives due to radi­a­tion poi­son­ing and oth­er issues.

What about Trump becom­ing US President.

I would say that these are just bad deci­sions not worst. Hitler’s inva­sion of Rus­sia yes. The anger­ing of the sha(didn’t know how to spell it) yes.
But what about the obvi­ous ones.
Treaty of Ver­sailles. Nipo­lions inva­sion of Rus­sia. Know­ing that this is his­to­ry chan­nel i think they could have come up with a bet­ter list
