The Galaxy Chromebook 2 keeps the premium build quality of the original but sheds some features in favor of a lower price and better battery life.

Watching this video on my Galaxy Chromebook 2. I love it.
No thanks. Needs access to the internet to use MS office. No good when travelling. By a windows laptop.
I still can’t bring myself to pay over $500 for a celeron laptop.
Sorry but biometric logs to Facebook ect will be everywhere soon, so it’s not a good move to jettison this function
Only 4GB of RAM !? — I’ve immediately stopped watching this presentation.
You’d be better off buying galaxy tab s7 that has got a lot more value than a laptop with 4 gb ram and 64 gb storage nd a celeron processor! Dont make the mistake of buying this laptop. Or you could get an ipad air 4 that can last you at least 5 yrs.
Rather get a macbook air for 799 dollars on student discount with 128 gb ssd.….i mean what would u do with 12 hour battery on a celeron chip.🙄
No number pad, that’s a no for me.
Got myself a Microsoft Surface
Can we install windows 10
Nah
It’s in interesting colour
I remember getting a Samsung Chromebook back in 2013
Too much money for what it offers.
Just get yourself an M1 macbook air. Or LG gram
Looks good, just too expensive for that spec and considering its running Chrome OS which isnt ideal for everyone to use.
No Thanks. my 180$ 5 yr old Thinkpad Chromebook is still going strong
i wonder which best laptops for gaming and what are the appropriate os
Shouldve put exynos instead
I have a Chromebook 4 plus which is budget device and i love it! It’s so fast and enjoyable to use. I have installed linux applications and also use it for programming.I haven’t turned on my Windows computer for a long time
This sort of laptop has recently brought in a huge impact on education fields while it’s tough to assume if the move is temporary. This one looks sleek anyway.
Amazing technology..!!
Just get a BestBuy open box Galaxy Chromebook 1st gen. (I got a satisfactory for under $400, and ended up getting an excellent condition instead without asking for it). The lack of battery is only noticeable if you live somewhere without a wall socket… so realistically, no where I plan on being for an extended amount of time. Everything in the first gen is simply put… better. S‑Pen, better color (I like the flush grey/ or red, the black keyboard looks budget), fingerprint sensor is only in the first gen, an i5 processer, and of course… THE 4K AMOLED.
Do some digging, for yourself and you can likely find a sub-500 dollar used and still great condition fist gen. Buy it with a credit card that offers extended warranty’s/extended return just for an added piece of mind it being used. I am so far extremely happy with my Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 1st gen.
Definitely looks nice, but I ended up getting the Pixel Chromebook Go and it is an excellent Chromebook.
Intel processor 😭
I do not recommend this device, it is not worth the price or anything. When I fist got this device the battery did not last long although it charges fast and It heated very easily. 3 months after my purchase my computer shut down and I was not able to turn it on, so I took it to my nearest best buy and they send it to samsung after making me $200 to “fix it” but instead send me a new one. I has been less than a year sense they seeded me the new computer and my touch pad is not properly working, it keeps freezing and clicking on random tabs. This is my sincere review, this is what happen to me.
Windows = Too Much Bloatware.
Just $100 more for the older/better one.
This chromebook is definitely over priced for a celeron processor. But for a more affordable option like my Acer chromebook 315 with 15.6 ips touchscreen 4gb ram and 32 storage was on sale for just $219 . It’s very fast and snappy screen is responsive and bright . In comparison to my Acer aspire 5 slim with ryzen 3 3350u ‚windows 10 ‚4 gb ram 128gb storage ($350) the Chromebook speaker’s are louder and it’s faster with touchscreen for less money . Celeron processors are not bad on a chromebook but yes having and intel i3 or higher is quite powerful when using it on a chromebook. I’m currently looking into getting the acer spin 713 , or asus cx5 , and maybe this cb if it was more reasonably priced

DON’T FORGET TO MENTION THAT IN THE SAMSUNG GALAXY CHROMEBOOK . THE DISPLAY IS TRASH. I Dont understand where the 4k screen looks Beautiful. The whites are yellow and the blacks are yellow. Such a ugly screen. I have a Samsung Chromebook plus & the screen is way better than the $1k one. Plus the whites are actually white. I just purchased this $1k laptop thinking it was going to be a Beautiful screen like everyone who has reviewed it but in reality it’s horrible.
Is galaxy chromebook 2 compatible with S‑pen purchased seperately? I want to writing smoothly on screen of galaxy chromebook 2. Only USI pen is available with galaxy chromebook2 ?
