When­ev­er your Con­tact tries to reach out to you dur­ing the ‘away hours’, mes­sages will be sent to them accordingly.You just need to set up an auto-reply fea­ture where the con­tacts will be informed that you are not avail­able right now.So, let’s see how to enable auto­mat­ed reply to What­sApp Mes­sages- Open What­sApp and tap on three dots at the top right cor­ner- Tap on Set­tings and then tap on Busi­ness Set­tings- Now you will see Mes­sag­ing tools, Tap on Away Mes­sage- Tap on the tog­gle but­ton next to ‘Send away mes­sage’- Here, Tap on the mes­sage and enter the mes­sage which you want to send to the cus­tomers and hit Ok.- By tap­ping on Sched­ule, You can sched­ule your Mes­sage.- You will find three options here; Always Send, Cus­tom sched­ule and Out­side of busi­ness hours, you can choose accord­ing to your need.- You can also Select the Recip­i­ent, whom you want to send this mes­sage.- You will find few options, you can select as per your need.Isn’t it use­ful?
