Can the Nest Hub’s sleep tracking keep up with my smartwatch? I spent a week with a Nest Hub next to my bed. Here’s a look at how this smart display’s info stacks up to a wearable.

Hi
You have a very nice personality I am probably one of the last people that turn the song to listen to. But I’m positive plenty people will.
6:49 I slept well on Wednesday!
Hi from Cologne 🇩🇪
Cool
😳
Yes, big brother is watching you even when you sleep.
Our heart rate is already being tracked with our body sensor on the phone. Why would anyone want to sleep with Google tracking their sleep and directing
frequencies to their body as they sleep? Makes no sense when we’re being bombarded with frequencies everywhere we are and go during the day which we already know isn’t good for our health. I personally sleep with a faraday cloth over me and sleep much deeper and better than I did without it
No feature is free, you paid for the device and on top of that you’re are giving all your data to google so they can train their AI…
I’ll bet he deleted the snoring-data😂😂😂😂
It’ll be interesting to see how well this works — or if it will work along or at all — with a CPAP machine, as the machine tracks not only your hours of sleep, how many times you stopped breathing, how many hours of sleep you got that night and the 2 previous nights, and a slew of other detail that the Nest Hub simply doesn’t have the tech to cover.
It’s an expensive alarm clock in my opinion — with perks.
If anyone believes google won’t store the data and sell it, they’re dreaming.
Wow,. Pretty cool, Buuuuuttt, don’t they ALREADY Control every other aspect of my Life,.!? They need to Watch & Control my “Sleep” as well.. Lol.. Daaaaammm.. (Control Issues) I see.. This concept is pretty Dope but kinda uneasy. They Really NEED to KNOW your every Move & Life. Thanks here tho,. Good to know. Interesting.….…
Good video, for everyone with an iPad, I’ve developed an app that turns the iPad into a SmartDisplay. Simply search for “SmartDisplay” in the AppStore.
Free tracking for a year only… that’s pretty lame. Samsungs watches do that for no additional cost.
How much privacy is invaded with this device?
I don’t need Google watching me while I sleep
I bought one after watching the 1st video and really like it. I still have my galaxy watch 3, just not wearing it to bed.
Pretty silly review. Sleep tracking without deep sleep is useless. Also, google does not even really know when you are awake. I don’t think the radar is doing anything. It’s just figuring out when the lights went out and when they came back on again. That should take about 15 minutes of programming work.
Nice video 👌
“I spent the last week sleeping with google” clears throat “let me rephrase that”
It seems better to get this than any smartwatches for the purpose to prevent unexpected malfunctions while on sleep.
I was a very poor person, who was not always lucky when it came to playing the lottery. I have played the lottery since I was 19 years old and now I am 45 !!! … which means that I have been playing the lottery for a long time. The highest amount I have ever won was $ 400 … funny, right? But one day my story goes down in history after I discovered this man’s name on the internet … I heard that he is the best when it comes to winning the lottery … well I never believed it, I just decided to give it a try. My luck ! for the last time! so boom !!! My life changed in seconds. This man is a very strong voodoo who provides numbers that will never fail. After all my years working and fighting to win the lottery, I finally won ($ 30,000,000) and it wasn’t just what I won, there are so many more! Dr. okiki the great! is the name of this great person, send a message or contact by WhatsApp now +2348071452791 … percent remember that I am not writing thist just for fun. I have suffered and struggled all my life. But now I’m okay! So I know that many other people have been through the same thing and are still going through it !! Only then is it possible to win the lottery and not miss this opportunity! It’s life changing! you can also be happy in these parties with your family and friends !! don’t you dare miss this opportunity !! I’m saying that some will think it’s not real !! your lost
Another way we study humans and their development.
Watching this on Samsung note 9 with pre install iode os😆 that also respect my privacy✊🏾
Such a piece of CRAP!
You can create a temp google account and use the sleep tracking feature. Just make sure you don’t include real name, address, age and etc in the temp profile.
Privacy issues solved.

Would I have known that the sleep feature was free only for a year I would have not bought it. Completely missed that one.
Did I miss a discussion of sleep tracking of sleep stages?
I am finding my Deep sleep is being almost completely missing, usually zero, and REM sleep seems under-reported if reported at all. I have independent means to confirm my Deep sleep and REM is inaccurate in the extreme.
the sleep data is not showing on my nest, how can i connected from cell phone ?
