Will iMessage ever come to Android?

The way he talks is like this was 2007…
Line, kakao, what­sapp, mes­sen­ger, hang­outs, etc it has been for so long that it just comes and go…
There is no par­tic­u­lar rea­son for them to open imes­sage… SPECIALLY on a sub­scrip­tion base. I mean… Does Android author­i­ty does­n’t know how Android users work any­more? Sub­scrip­tion apps are a main thing for Apple, but for Android, only “core” appli­ca­tions would be accept­able, like stream­ing… If you can use What­sApp, why the hell you would pay for a chat mes­sage, spe­cial­ly when it is free on Apple… Hell… Make Apple users use What­sApp… Both ends are free…
No… The rea­son why Apple is open­ing Face­Time is because peo­ple who work with Mac, iPads, iPhones, would have to get zoom… But Android and oth­er PCs would­n’t be able to get Face­Time… So it’s eas­i­er to make Apple users to use zoom as default, rather than not being able to con­nect every­body. So they are try­ing not to lose a bat­tle here. Mes­sag­ing on the oth­er hand can be done by mul­ti­ple plat­forms… So it’s not Apple con­cern at this moment.

You wan­na know why imes­sage will nev­er come to android.…. because the sec­ond the do I’ll nev­er buy their phones again. And they know that.

iMes­sage is lit­er­al­ly the only thing keep­ing me on an iPhone. I far pre­fer Android phones but all my group chats and 95% of the peo­ple I text have iPhones and use iMes­sage. If I could switch them to Telegram or some­thing, that would be great. If Apple did an iMes­sage Lite for Android (basic func­tions minus the fan­cy effects and store) or even a sub­scrip­tion mod­el (say $5 a month), I’d be all on board.

Android and or Sam­sung needs to flip the script on Apple and devel­op their own end2end native mes­sag­ing app. They can do pur­ple bub­bles for Android to Android mes­sages and reg­u­lar green bub­bles when you’re talk­ing cross ecosystem.

I stuck with Apple for a minute just for imes­sage , but I got so tired and bored with the phone . Lit­er­al­ly the same thing every release. I upgrad­ed to the s22 ultra and I love it!

Well, maybe iMes­sage will come to Android with the Euro­pean Union’s Dig­i­tal Mar­kets Act.
