Next time; have each of the phones take multiple photos in a variety of settings and let people rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 without showing the phone names and jumble-up the sequence. I know more work! This will give much better and wholesome competitive chance to the genuinely good phone which might lack in one particular (or few!) scenarios. You can do this with other creators to split up some of the work or even go for crowd-sourcing for helpers. I am sure you can find 10 of us out millions of followers.
Your hate for Sony makes no sense.
Brilliant. Except everyone’s display’s are different and even though its a comparison, a dull image that’s sharper might look much worse on an average display in comparison to a bright picture that’s medium sharp.
Vivo X70 Pro Plus or X80 Pro?
This will almost certainly be lost in all the comments on a year old video, but how much if the likeability of a photo is due to the software editing that each phone automatically applies when a photo is taken.
Like if you side loaded the google camera app to each phone and used the same app with each phone would it change the outcome. (it may not be optimized for each phones sensors) but it’d be interesting to see how much the software plays a role.
It’s time for 2022 camara test. Please post 🔥
Where is the vivo x70 pro plus??
I’m hoping you great folk do a new one soon for 2022

Who’s here after watching the blind smartphone camera test 2022 video? 🧐
OnePlus 11 is the winner for 2023
The perfect phone would be a google camera system, Samsung features and screen, Iphone body and video quality with an Asus gaming system, lol.
I had the Pro‑i(which I won) and the 5a
Watching right now using my 5a 🤩
Need a blind test of all pixel phones
Please do this in a “round-robin tournament”. I think that’s more fair way to do it.
For me„ dynamic range is huge! I almost always vote for the image with greater DR because its more close to how our eyes see things and none of the consumer full size camera sensors on market today can match the human eye for DR as of yet from a single exposure that is. Cell phone cameras are even worse in this area because the sensor and lenses are so small so there may be some software magic going on behind the scenes. I would be very curious to know if the winners of these contests were in HDR mode! Or maybe they automatically shoot in HDR mode while others default to off. If so„ this is not a fair comparison. Or maybe they are all in HDR mode and then it comes down to which camera software algos does the better job blending the exposures.
Huawei?
