SHURE SM7B IS A GREATEST MICROPHONE IN THE WORLD GOOD FOR PODCASTS STREAMING SINGING ANNOUNCEMENTS AND BEATBOX FOR THE WIN WIN SITUATION!!!!?
ExcelÂlent review â thank you.
great video as always. 10/10
Loved the video, a couÂple years ago I was browsÂing for this kind guidÂing. RecentÂly, I tried Hyper X and Yeti X, and I have to say, Iâm way more comÂfortÂable and hapÂpy with the *Yeti X*.
Using the Shure PG42-USB for sevÂerÂal years. BeauÂtiÂful sound qualÂiÂty, very overÂlooked mic!
My god. Shure SM7B is makÂing my ears tickÂle with joy.
Oh boy, pass $100 they all sound the same to međ¤ˇđżââ. Guess I dont have the goldÂen ears like David Carnoy.
Go for Sm7b with goxlr, a beyÂerÂdyÂnamÂic dt990 headÂphone and a rode psa1 arm.
The Rode NT-USB Mini with Rodeâs softÂware packÂage is a nice alterÂnaÂtive to the ElgaÂto Wave gear. Comes in at just under a hunÂdred dollars.
audio techÂniÂca AT2020 an incredÂiÂble 100$ XLR mic
Iâm curiÂous as to what mic you were using in between the testÂing. Thanks.
What an excelÂlent tutoÂrÂiÂal! I appreÂciÂate you sharÂing modÂels by price ranges. Iâve been using a$50 Fifine K683A USB MIC. I use it for daiÂly Zoom meetÂings from my home office. Itâs uniÂdiÂrecÂtionÂal. Iâve had the refuse pickÂup truck right outÂside my winÂdow and othÂers have said they donât hear it at all. Are you familÂiar with Fifine mics? Would othÂers hear a difÂferÂence with the ElgaÂto? Thanks again! Iâm a subÂscriber for life!
A great wrap up of budÂget microÂphones and the basics of what they offer. I would have preÂferred you used the same script for all the test reads so there was conÂsisÂtenÂcy in the test mateÂrÂiÂal, espeÂcialÂly for the words where you popped your Pâs. I didnât hear any when you were narÂratÂing but tons durÂing the demo reads. WonÂderÂing if you were throwÂing those in on purÂpose. Iâm a forÂmer broadÂcastÂer and while none of these were NeuÂmann qualÂiÂty mics you can conÂtrol those popped Pâs on any mic. They hapÂpen more because of the speakÂer than the gear.
Iâd like to point out, an SM7B is masÂsive overkill for 99% of peoÂple.
My go to mics of choice are (from cheapÂest to most expenÂsive)
Fifine T669
RazÂer Siren Mini
ElgaÂto Wave 1 or 3
Rode PodÂmic (XLR)
AudiotechÂniÂca AT series (XLR)
You should not spend more than ÂŁ120 (UK) on a mic
The samÂson q2u is pretÂty good for just under 100, it isnât that senÂsiÂtive to room acoustics or othÂer noisÂes and has the same duel usb and xlr supÂport that the mv7 has, a good lowÂer cost alterÂnaÂtive if you donât mind the lack of software
ApparÂentÂly I either have terÂriÂble hearÂing or I need to watch this from someÂthing betÂter than my phone and airÂpods pro. I wouldÂnât be surÂprised if itâs the forÂmer thoughâŚ
AnyÂone else here after last weekâs great twit podcast?
Hi! Do you think I need a microÂphone? Iâm litÂerÂalÂly attachÂing my lapÂtop to a monÂiÂtor and ppl bareÂly hear me and I guess Zoom nowaÂdays ⌠What do u think?
You look like Cameroon Diaz. I donât know how many peoÂple have noticed that as well.
This is a brilÂliantÂly helpÂful guide for someÂone intimÂiÂdatÂed by all the audio hardÂware & softÂware disÂcusÂsions Iâve seen. Thank you!
ExcelÂlent video! đThank you for the explaÂnaÂtions for us newbies! đ
Am I the only one who canÂnot tell the difÂferÂence between these, they all sound fine
AmaÂzon has the HyperX on sale for $129 so would it be a betÂter pick than the ElgaÂto Wave 3?
Iâm mostÂly worÂried about keyÂboard and mouse clicks being picked up
I bought a $20 Klim from AmaÂzon. Works great.
Great synÂopÂsis â realÂly enjoyed and learned a lot- Thanks!
