Try ancient Indian workouts the akhada
I am only 30 but want to achieve the body of a gladiator. I am a woman who went through lot of stress and gained weight. I am training to build muscles so that if I get pregnant one day I will have the discipline and fitness to get back in shape
Mate you are cooked to expect people to do a body weight overhead press) what a joke.
I would say that only 5 percent of athletes would be able to do their body weight overhead. Let alone for reps.
I haven’t found food tech show in the playlist… Can anyone help me to find
They are vegetarions like indian wrestlers 🇮🇳
I rmemebrr Omar
I’m so happy that you pointed out that it wasn’t always a fight to the death. Gladiators were too expensive to lose
Edit
Ah that was brought up I rushed the gun a little
Good to see this success for you sir!
I cant belive ive never heard of you befor. History and fitness are 2 things im into
the Glagiators sadly did not eat meat they wer allways on a veagndiet and thats why ther bonnes wer more thicer and better as the avg meat eater
@2:42 Most Gladiators we’re VEGETARIAN 💪🏿🌱 For u knuckleheads that think u “NEED” MEAT to build MUSCLE!
SPARTACUS!!!
just for anyone out there, many gladiators rarely actually died. maybe 1 in 10 which may seem a lot but when you see how the people benefited from them, you realize they didn’t want them to die. The more hype around a fight, the better the pay.
Those poor animals 😢
They had barbells😂
Aw man this and the lass few is so cool. I don’t work out BUT what’s the benefits of working out BEZERK once a week????????❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
how do i get my tongue stronger? and does tongue exercise make your tongue fatter and shorter? like squats and stuff
veganism makes you talk with a lisp… just saying not teasing or anything studies have showed… well just my study of this but its a study for sure
Thanks for showing modern workouts 😞 I tuned in to see their workouts not todays. Boo this video
😂 so why do you have to lean back to shoulder press? I press 45plates without a problem. 5 is easy
Wait. You only weigh 155lbs?
One of the reasons why people supported the games was because the animals that were killed became food.
History Network has reached bottom
The Awesome Aztec Warriors next.
Omg Omar this is awesome! So proud of you.
Why are you wearing that ridiculous bandana? You look ridiculous.
Maybe in episode two they’ll show the behind the scene training where gladiators pegged each other lul 😂
EXCUSE ME, BUT I thought Gladiators were prisoners and some were slaves and FORCED to either fight to the death or be murdered for refusing to ‘put on a good show’. They were not valued like an NFL rookie QB, nor in the manner this VIDEO claims. This video is skipping over the outright SLAVERY of Roman gladiators. It was basically an 1861 version of African slaves in the Southern USA combined with Vegas gamblers placing bets on which slave would live, die or try to run north. PLEASE don’t fall for this romanticized Gladiator story.
Great information! I’d bet that former Olympians were recruited to “play”. Omar, good looking press, but the burpees need an adjustment if explosiveness is the goal. Search for Carl Paoli, he knows the way.
they got the green power ranger to run the show!
Imagine being one of the greatest Stoic minds and powers in Roman history, and then your offspring is fighting rigged fights against non-violent animals. Sad.
Why was the Roman so happy?? Because he was glad he ate her !!!
My man
Thought I wasn’t subbed to Omar..
okay omar go into a wolf den at 15 and kill the alpha then you have a show.….
Giraffes are actually fairly dangerous.
Season 2!!
very unique show — love it
Have you done anything with African warriors?
How to fight giraffe 😂
None of this is a gladiator work out…

Cool show but, why does thay gladiator have the helmt of a Murmillo class gladiator but the net and Trident of a retiarius?
gladioters bench pressing and deadlifting? ummmm i don’t think you know what you’re talking about.
Good job Omar, been a fan and subscriber for a long time.
do traiining like a roman soldier
Homeboy is killing 90 animals a day and there is a meat shortage?
You don’t want to look like a gladiator, since according to Galen (Greek physician, who healed them), they looked flabby, and fat. ;P They ate a tons of carbohydrates, were even nicknamed as ‘barley man’, since that is what their diet was mostly made out of.
why is a retiarius wearing a murmillo helmet? ripppp
Is there a way to buy the music to the workouts?
training and fighting like a gladiator will cause strength inbalance and muscle asymmetry
