Fun fact: the new car smell is horrible for you to inhale.. it’s volatile organic compounds
Cloth and felt material is scratch proof until dirt and grim get onto it and that transfers to your car.
I like to wash my car by my self 🤷🏻♂️ I save a lot of money 😂
I remember this from the 2000’s
These are terrible never use these, wash your car by hand, sure it’s not quick and a lil more work, but in the end handwashing does not scuff up your paint, damage any trim on your car, and you can precisely clean everywhere while a machine car wash can’t.
GOTTA WASH DA SOT OFF DA TRUCK
Wow, this guy’s accent is something.
the mothers guy has me sold on their products
gotta say as a mechanic im really impressed by the hyandai stuff at the end.
The Scratch-Maker 3000
This is one of those videos you watch when you’re supposed to be studying for your exams
He just put motor oil on the car, sprayed it off with water straight into the storm drain..
16:18 you look at the wrong people. These automated car washes are a great way the scratch your paint.
I’ve always wanted one of these of my own. I think it’s one of the best business models ever. I’ve always been super interested
Smiling ear to ear about his clean black truck that’s loaded with swirl marks and fine clear coat imperfections due to said car wash no doubt.
If you hate your car’s paint, then go through an automated car wash
drive through car wash is a 1 way ticket for swirl fest on your car lol
So in winter everyone who goes to an automatic carwash to remove dirt and salt is washing their car in reused salt water. Thus damaging the car beyond repair. No Thanks
i miss when history channel used to have good shows like this.……

Heading to the car wash sweetie, gotta check my email and pray

The man washing the car at home is a detailers worst nightmare
To think we used to watch things like this, now we watch Youtubers like Chris Fix.
So those brushes get slapped against dirty cars, transfering the dirt to the brushes, then those some dirt covered brushes get slapped on the next car causing microscratches?
Omg. The guy washing his car with a sponge. So painful to watch!
ah… old History channel… before they turned to government conspiracy and nut job “ancient astronauts”
Lol, this doesnt seem that old… but check your email at the carwash shared computer… guy making the convayor has a pager on his hip… How far we’ve come in 15 or so years.…
I think no-a-days they filter and re-use most water in car washes to save money and water… with the ongoing droughts and the water shortages in the desert climates…
The thumbnail brought me here, sorry but a 100 series deserves a proper hand wash and spray detailer! LOL
Now I really need to go for a car wash
If the History Channel would have any sense, they’d bring back Modern Marvels!
What if you don’t shower 🚿
Coleman systems clean the car very thoroughly but, they’re notorious for wasting water.
21:35 An editing oops. The water goes BACK into the hose! 🤨😅
Used to go to the cloister car wash all the time! Didn’t imagine it was one of the biggest in the US
Now if only “quick quack car washes” would stop data logging my license plates when I get my cars washed.
Me: “I don’t have a membership, heres $10 for a basic wash.”
QQCW employee with tablet: “Ok, heres a dash wipe, I’ll enter your license plate and you can drive in.“
Me: “I don’t have a membership, you don’t need enter anything.”
QQCW employee with tablet: “Don’t worry, we enter everyones plate just to verify membership, oh I see that you don’t have a membership, would you like to upgrade to a membership?”
Me: “No.”
QQCW employee with tablet: “Ok, if you change your mind come back at any time we’re open to upgrade, you can also buy a membership online, enjoy your wash.”
Not the fault of the employee (they just do as told, say lines, upsell), but more so the mindset of the company with training/sales. Also, I have not seen any signage at QQCW (or similar car washes) to the effect that they need to collect/log/enter data, and then possibly use that data internally (membership) or/and possibly sell that data to third parties, just to get a car washed.
i love going to the car wash 😊
Oh it cuts the materil 😂
Can someone give me 10 facts about this video
I choose flat-u-scents!
I suspect the Porsche had protection film and or ceramic coating.
