PS5 console covers color-change: What to know before customizing

Now if only Sony could make a ful­ly mat­te PS5 … or just flat out make the PS5 more read­i­ly acces­si­ble. The PS5 came out in Novem­ber 2020. It’s now well into 2022 and there’s still mas­sive shortages.

I recent­ly got lucky and got a PS5 at the reg­u­lar price and I’m keep­ing the
orig­i­nal white color.

This is a good way to tell my three PS5 apart.

Too expen­sive, but a good idea. I’d take a wood­grain, maybe. I real­ly don’t mind the white though. Is there any­one dying for that pur­ple one? I just don’t know where they picked their colours from — none of them appeal to me, anyway.
