Great show. I hope you do episodes on Rajput Warriors, Persian Aswaran and Aztec warriors.
I’ve been trying to figure out why Omar has a different look to him especially in the chest area and i realized he has scoliosis. It’s good to see a fellow scoliosis sufferer so fit and able to do all this amazing training despite it. P.S. look at Chris Hemsworth aka Thor : he’s also got scoliosis and is insanely fit and in great shape.
Time to be a kang

The fact that our ancestors were healthier than us says a lot about the modern world.
1:12 Egyptians had Afro’s, not European Caucasian hair 🤦🏽♂️
Actually all ancient African diets were completely plant-based and the concept of slaughtering animals for their meet was completely unknown until colonization.
Omar is a little cutie.

Ancient Egypt expert = Indiana Jones villain
Explore the Greeks or trojans
You’re using the wrong muscles for heavy bow the muscles in your neck that lift your head the muscle in your hand attached to the base of your thumb the muscles that control the thumb in your for the muscle that twist your wrist to the outside the muscles that hold your wrists straight well the bow presses on the meaty part of your thumb the muscles that raise your arm in your shoulder as well as the tricep and the back muscle that keep you in an upright position as well as the back muscles that pull your arm to the outside and back, left arm muscles complete. As for the right arm, the three muscles that curl the tips of the pointer finger middle finger and ring finger tricep and the shoulder muscles as well as the back muscle all designed to lift your elbow to level and pull it back right arm complete. Now get into your horse turn the left foot 90° to the outside now you using every single muscle in your feet and calves to keep your balance in addition do not forget to keep those glutes tights and always be aware of your balance there should be a bar 4 inches above the deck at the back of the Chariot your left foot toes are balanced on top and your heel should be floating at all times resting the ball of your foot on that beam. The objective of the Archer is to draw a line from his left wrist to his right elbow across his back when that line is as straight as possible and as short as possible he is in position now he can let go of the arrow as soon as he takes ame.
Not 2 stallions, 4 stallions because they used Egyptian ponies. Yes they did use Arabians however those were a mounted Cavalry horse and did you not have the bone structure to pull a cart there was simply no other Beast that can pull a cart except for a goat and goats are no good in the sand not to mention Egyptian goats are simply too small so they used the Sumerian mountain goats for Rocky areas. Moreover the carts were quite nimble yes they had a solid-axle but it was sprung with the car platform balancing on the middle third and the beam that stretched forward between the ponies was steam-bent so that it was all so well sprung. All considered the Chariot baskets were actually quite small and very light a single Beam with a line all four yolks so that the ponies did not run into each other and it was the charioteers job to guide the outside ponies or cut them free if they fell, when one of the ponies spell like I said the charioteer would cut that Pony free and let the Archer know it was time to jump on the other Pony because the two outside ponies would both be relieved at the same time and with two men the chariot was too heavy to work in the sand this meant a chariot Archer was also an excellent Horseman as he would have to guide the pony with his knees and feet using only the yolk PAD as a saddle honestly without the Egyptian Wing plus this would have been an impossible task. Do your homework.
Overhead press form is not good.… Back is way too arched 🙁
YES, I love our African history. We talk alot about this..
This was super Omar! Thanks mmmkay.
As someone who does archery, seated dumbbell pulls or resistance band pulls in substitute of dumbbells would be alot more effective for stimulation the muscles for shooting a bow
That exercise at 9:10. The Lateral core one.
That’s a golden nugget. Really like the feelings with the bands. I even found myself figuring an isometric variation without the band, just the pole.
