It would be like fly­ing while you are lay­ing down on your bench. Idk why the famous drone brands haven’t done that.

This drone might be a way to waste money

Not feel­ing this new logo at all.

This looks very unsta­ble in the air… and does this have expand­able stor­age? Also, it’s essen­tial­ly unable to shoot video (no sound record­ing capa­bil­i­ties)…? If all this is going to do is be more con­ve­nient for shoot­ing things for a social media feed… it’s a pass in my view. A big waste of money.

So many issues, so lit­tle time. Does it fall under FAA reg­u­la­tions? If so, it has to be reg­is­tered, ID’ed etc. If you try to charge some­one for the pho­tos, there is a whole list of reg­u­la­tions to cov­er that. Even though it has fol­low modes, there is no men­tion of obsta­cle avoid­ance and yet the video has sev­er­al shots of this drone fly­ing in a heav­i­ly wood­ed area with tree col­li­sions inevitable. There is no men­tion of any kind of con­troller so once this thing launch­es, its on its own. If it loos­es sight of you for any rea­son, maybe it lands or maybe if just flys off into the sun­set. On the plus side, the props are enclosed so it prob­a­bly just bounces around until it finds its tar­get, crash­es or runs out of pow­er. For anoth­er 200 bucks, I’d go with the DJI Mini 2 or Mav­ic series instead of this toy.

It’s not enough, it’s a big chunk out of what would a supe­ri­or ver­sion with sound, range, dura­tion and cam­era fea­tures. Both­ers me that they haven’t done bet­ter with low-light, and you can’t see any­thing on the screens in day­light any­way, we des­per­ate­ly need day­light view­able phones, not our com­put­er’s monitor.

This drone is just a 50 dol­lar toy drone from wal­mart with the name brand treat­ment. 230 dol­lars with hor­ri­ble wind resis­tance, hor­ri­ble cam­eras, etc. You can pur­chase a mav­ic mini for the same price and get much bet­ter videos, much more flight time and wind resis­tance, gps track­ing, and some­thing that wont be aban­doned in a year.

Well, if I had the mon­ey to buy one, I would think seri­ous­ly about upgrad­ing it you know going in and adding a few things to it like a down­ward cam­era that takes pic­tures rather than just search­es for your hand, pos­si­bly a cou­ple small solar pan­els to increase the unre­li­able Bat­tery pack use the bat­tery pack as a back up instead of the main source things like that but I don’t have 230 some odd dol­lars for some­thing that looks more like a play toy for kids
