Alluri Teas­er Talk: Action-Packed Cop Drama

The teas­er of Sree Vish­nu’s Alluri is out now, promis­ing noth­ing like Sree Vish­nu’s lat­est com­e­dy enter­tain­ers. The teas­er is action-packed.

Sree Vish­nu wears the police uni­form for the first time in his career in this action thriller direct­ed by Pradeep Var­ma. The teas­er is packed with slow motion action footage with Vish­nu appar­ent­ly play­ing a pow­er­ful cop in the film.

The action shots in the teas­er look aes­thet­ic thanks to the cam­era­man’s good work. The graph­ics are smooth, as is the back­ground rat­ing. There’s this one par­tic­u­lar action shot against a red back­ground that looks very impressive.

Judg­ing by the teas­er,  is essen­tial­ly a cop dra­ma cen­tered around a clash between an upright cop and a gang of bad guys.

Vish­nu has put on some weight for the role of the police offi­cer. “Alluri Seethara­ma Raju, sub-inspec­tor of the police,” he says towards the end and it packs a punch. There is a mas­sive atmosphere.

There haven’t been too many mas­sive cop thrillers in Tel­ugu late­ly, and it remains to be seen if Alluri will make the most of the oppor­tu­ni­ty. The film is pro­duced by Bekkem Venu­gopal under the Lucky Media ban­ner. The release date will be announced shortly.
