Karan Johar says THIS popular actor would make a perfect host for ‘Koffee With Karan’; Experience

Karan Johar is ready to rock the screens as his pop­u­lar chat show, Kof­fee With Karan, makes a come­back. Kof­fee With Karan Sea­son 7 will soon pre­miere on an OTT plat­form start­ing July 7th. And ever since Karan Johar announced the new sea­son of his pop­u­lar chat show, peo­ple have been eager­ly await­ing to see their favorite stars get can­did, real and fun­ny on the “cof­fee” couch. How­ev­er, in a recent inter­view, KJo revealed the name of the actor who would be a per­fect host for the “Kof­fee” brand, and it’s none oth­er than the ever-so-ener­getic Ran­veer Singh.

Speak­ing to ETimes about who could be the host of KWK, the film­mak­er said: “Ran­veer Singh. He would be a great talk show host. I think he has the per­son­al­i­ty. He has a sense of humor. He has the abil­i­ty to think on his feet. He has great repar­tee. I think he would be amazing.

Karan lat­er revealed that Tiger Shroff is a sur­pris­ing fac­tor for him this sea­son and audi­ences can see it in the upcom­ing episodes of KWK7. He said, “Tiger Shroff, this sea­son. He was very, very qui­et and intro­vert­ed. He’s real­ly opened up this sea­son. If you see him when the episode airs, he’s been speak­ing a lot more than ever. I felt like he’d come into his own and some sort of pres­ence was com­mand­ing him to bring it out.

On the work front, Karan is cur­rent­ly work­ing on his upcom­ing project Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani with Alia Bhatt and Ran­veer Singh. With this film, KJo sits in the direc­tor’s chair after six long years.
