NEW DELHI: While Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk has taken a little longer to offer his opinion on being sued by Twitter for suing him for terminating the $44 billion takeover deal, the tech billionaire did it in his signature style.

Microblogging platform Twitter announced on Saturday that it would sue Tesla CEO Elon Musk over ending the $44 billion acquisition deal, after Musk’s legal team said in a US Securities and Exchange (SEC) filing that they were exiting the deal because Twitter was in “material breach” of their agreement and had made “false and misleading” statements during the negotiations.
Musk had shelved the deal due to the actual number of spam/fake accounts and bots on the platform and requested a response from Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal.
