still rockin my pixel 5a battery is good and camera is great
IP67 with a headphone jack and a battery that lasts 2 days. To all my Pixel 5a friends out there we have the last phone in the pixel series with the headphone jack.
The camera is good, but the selfie camera’s pretty bad. Also, if you get this phone it’s very important to get a strong case because it could easily break with a simple one
it’s funny you mentioned upgrading from a 3xl 😅 my phone was going strong after 4 years then it just stopped charging a few days ago and I had to get this 5a
Why it is no release in India
I just updated from a 3a to a 5a two months ago and I’m very unhappy with its performance. My 3a was still working, it just got too slow with age. But my 5a runs hot a LOT. I’m always indoors when it happens mostly with some kind of video conferencing app. It never lasts more than 20 minutes. I’m now looking to just updating to a 7.
I jumped on the black Friday $299 deal for the 6a. My 5a estimated trade value was also $299. A free upgrade sounded like a good deal but after using the 6a for a week, I have regrets. I have not received the trade-in package in the mail yet and I’m having serious thoughts about sending the 6a back instead of my old 5a. The battery life difference has been the major killer for me but also I’m having to double-click certain apps with the 6a. This was never an issue with my 5a.
I certainly hope it holds up. My iphone 6 still works like a charm.
I would’ve liked Andrew to talk to abt this
Can you ask your colleague Andrew if I can still get one???
man I just miss the back fingerprint sensor, it was so fast and convenient. I don’t understand the insistence on putting the fingerprint sensor under the screen if it is less convenient and slower
been using pixel 5a since 9/2021. excellent device that still does everything i need.
I loved my 5a until the motherboard died and it bricked out (common issue)
How come nobody complains that apple only uses 60 hertz dispaly.
Mine died after 10 months of use due to cpu failure. I still don’t really know the cause.
4:43 I don’t game 😆
5:45 the a53 is trash the a52s is better and the new a54 is better
I had the 5a and it was an excellent phone for the price. I went from the 5a to the s22 and immediately hated it so I sent the s22 back and went back to the 5a. Couldn’t tell much of a performance difference or screen quality difference. With the bugs the 6 and 7 have had because of the Tensor chip I am considering buying another 5a. At the moment I have a Pixel 7 but in so many ways the 5a was a legit flagship killer. I’ve had several expensive phones and the 5a was among the best I ever used.
Look this video in 2023. I desperately want a new phone and a cheap one. Now selling in my country less than RM900
Traded an 5a for a 6a. Big regret the 6a is so choppy, worse battery life, cramped screen and photos seem way more over processed.
