I just love that Budweiser commercial with the Clydesdale horses pulling
that large wagon loaded with beer.🤗👍🏾👍🏾
And all it took to bring down an iconic American beer brand was a woman and a transsexual 😂
I looked up some of the people and breweries that were mentioned in this episode. I just discovered that Anchor Brewery closed it’s doors almost almost a month ago (July 2023). As of right now some of the employees hope to buy the brewery to keep it going.
Unfortunately Alan Eames, the brewing anthropologist talking about how Egypt dwarfed Munich in beer production, died in 2007.
It’s kind of creepy to thing that as of the time of this posting, this episode will be approaching 18 years old.
R.I.P.
My favorite part is the concept of socially acceptable drug use.
42:07 dude isn’t just drinking, he must be smoking something toooooo
Bud sucks
it has always sucked
As a lifelong wine, moonshine and beer maker the last 10–15 years have advanced light-years beyond when this was made technology and understanding wise.
32:24 DUDE Anyone else wanna punch Drew in the face?
MADE BEER AT HOME 75❤❤
I prefer malt liquor beer.jist me though.
I want to know how they distinguish good budweiser from the bad.
I wish the history channel actually still showed 24/7 documentaries. Now it is ridiculous nonsense.
It’s amazing to think there is no way to taste an exact replica of the original recipes
beer made of rice. read the labels
the yeast cells just doing what they do no consciousness to realize how many people’s lives it helps with bread and how many it destroys with alcohol lol
RIP Anchor and Bridgeport. Anchor summer wheat was always a highlight, and a dry-hopped Bridgeport IPA straight from the cask at the pub was magical.
not that anyone cares. but im drinking that sh&* right now!
Going to watch and drink!
I worked for Budweiser in the early 1980’s. Oh the memories it brought back. Thanks
