I have never been able to find a genuine use case for a smart watch, from any vendor. If you want a Fitbit, get one. The rest of this stuff duplicates features that my phone already does well.
This thing looks EXACTLY like my Galaxy Active Watch 2, which does everything this does, but for FREE. For less than ⅓ of the price!
Yeah, I’ll buy it because I’m f***ing r‑worded! Only thing about Tizen os: it’s slow af
Fitbit premium makes no sense when competitors like Garmin provide the same features for free.
Decent watch but way overpriced. This should be no more than £199
None of these smartwatches appeal to me when they have such mediocre battery life. The utility of the smartwatch doesn’t mean much when I have to charge it every day.
thick bezel a turnoff for me
The battery life is a joke. After a year, as your battery ages, you will be around 5–10 percent at the end of the day. Im android user, but I bought apple watch, charged them yesterday evening, sleep tracking on, 1,5 hour of gps bike ride and after 24 hours Im at 41%.
Never buy the first iteration of anything
I think it’s the best looking watch face; the design is very appealing to me, but other than that, I can’t say, since I don’t own one
Small battery plus big bezels = Fail.
so you guys stopped giveaways right ?
Apparently not worth the price as yet. See Marques’s review.

First generation devices all have compromises and things to improve upon in theor future generations. But the fitbit premium part is what puts me off and strongly discouraged me from getting this watch and its future generations unless Google change the premium nonsense.
wife still loves her mi band 6
If you buy the first of anything it will have some compromises, though after using this watch for just over a week, it’s really nice. The notifications from apps that are not even installed on the watch are excellent and the software experience being Google is what makes it. The assistant is also another great feature. The battery life, I’m easily getting 24 hours plus. If it’s this decent for the first watch the second can possibly be excellent.
Investing in crypto now should be in every wise individuals list, in some months time you’ll be ecstatic with the decision you made today
I’m getting this watch very soon as it came for free with the Pixel 7 Pro. I’m fully aware of all the flaws, so I’ll see wether I’ll enjoy the experience.
I’m optimistic about some quirks being fixed in future software updates though, That said, if I wouldn’t have gotten it for free, I would’ve probably opted for the Galaxy Watch 5.
It’s a nice looking ladies watch with a small battery…
It’s a beautiful watch but I wouldn’t buy it because of the battery… 😞
My Fitbit battery last for a week!
Maybe is time for Android Authority to publicly release the sponsors list — just to alleviate any doubt on conflict of interest.
Why do people complain about the battery when the apple watch has a similar battery life
The best shit for the moment . It has a stupid retard menu end apps .
Why this boy cute what the
I wanted to give up my Galaxy Watch 4 for this… Canceling my Pixel Watch order was te best decision I could have made… Watch 4 and 5 are better in every way then this. And yes, I own a Pixel 6 with Pixel buds pro
I am enjoying my pixel watch too. I have always on turned off and tilt to wake, and get over 24 hours out of a single charge. Battery is a concern though: longer power would be better and the charging cable is not easy to find a plug for. I’m looking for to the Pixel watch 2 with interest.
I love my Apple Watch series 8, but the pixel watch is my shit. Love them both.
The battery is horrible
I don’t get the complaints on the recent app button and the method on changing the bands. Both are so exaggerated.
And the battery life is fine, with the right settings. If you have AOD off, turn twist-to-wake on. If you have AOD on, turn twist-to-wake off. The good thing is twist-to-wake still works with incoming new notifications. With either settings, the battery life is still very similar. With AOD on, it’s an extra loss of only around 0.4%/hour for me, so 4.8% over 12 hours. Lastly, turning off “Hey, Google” helps a lot as well.
These are my average battery numbers during my first 15 days:
Hours off the charger — 22.36 (and that’s with sleep tracking and a 1 hour workout)
Battery remain before charging — 22.13%
Total hourly drain — 3.45%/hour
Screen always-on ON drain — 4.45%/hour
Screen always-on OFF drain — 3.96%/hour
Sleeping tracking — 2.10%/hour drain.
Estimated of total time off the charger — 29.08 hours
