Hrithik Roshan Production House is buying a plot of land with 8 parking spaces at Rs 33 crore

Actor Hrithik Roshan and actor-film­mak­er Rakesh Roshan’s pro­duc­tion house FilmKraft Pro­duc­tions has report­ed­ly bought a prop­er­ty in Mum­bai. The prop­er­ty has eight park­ing spaces and cov­ers an area of ​​10,000 square feet at Marathon Futurex in the Low­er Par­el dis­trict of Mum­bai, accord­ing to data accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate data ana­lyt­ics firm. The data said that Rakesh and Hrithik’s pro­duc­tion house, FilmKraft Pro­duc­tions Pvt Ltd, invest­ed in four office apartments.

The father-son duo bought the prop­er­ty for a whop­ping 33 crores. The sale agree­ment has been filed and around Rs 2 crore in stamp duty has been paid on the trans­ac­tion, the report said.

In ear­ly 2020, the actor had report­ed­ly bought sev­er­al sea-view apart­ments in Mum­bai under a report for Rs 97.5 crore with the inten­tion of incor­po­rat­ing them into one. Accord­ing to the Mum­bai Mir­ror, one apart­ment is a duplex pent­house and the oth­er is a sin­gle storey house. The report fur­ther men­tioned that the con­do offers unin­ter­rupt­ed views of the Ara­bi­an Sea and cov­ers a total area of ​​38000 square feet. There is a 6500 square foot patio and the fam­i­ly will have access to 10 park­ing spaces. Hrithik report­ed­ly paid Rs 67.5 crore for the duplex which spans 27534 sqft and Rs 30 crore for the 14th floor apart­ment which spans 11165 sqft.

Hrithik has fre­quent­ly shared images of his sea-view home on social media dur­ing the coro­n­avirus lock­down. Accord­ing to the report, the Roshans rent­ed an apart­ment in Juhu in June 2020, report­ed­ly pay­ing 8.25 lakh a month. The sprawl­ing house cov­ers an area of ​​approx­i­mate­ly 3,000 square meters.

On the work front, Hrithik Roshan was last seen in Vikram Ved­ha along­side Saif Ali Khan and Rad­hi­ka Apte.
