I seen a lot of tiny houses that is a horrible deal
120K you can buy a normal house for that?
Why?, if your old and on a fixed income, or young and starting off these are great options, I’d go the traditional tiny home route but these do fill needs and a lot of people are downsizing. So maybe to you a horrible idea, but to some a great idea for there situation!
The Boxabl Casita homes are just $50K, but of course just like all of these type units… you still need to transport, site setup, installation on a foundation, and hook up to utilities for more cost.
$125k! 🤣 That little box worth $30k at best!
Just too expensive.
That is super poorly laid out it’s going to get annoying living in that for any length of time
