Twice a day, I do VR “therapy”.
Yes, I would try it, also I think it’s a great idea to help people with their phobias.
It works. I’m not afraid of rampaging dinosaurs anymore!
Well yes because I’m afraid of height and driving. It might help me improve a bit 😅
