All you tech reviewers show us keynote and private video demo and not public. Yeah, right.
I know the price tag is ridiculous. But as someone who is deeply enveloped in the apple ecosystem, with multiple Macs, an iPhone, an iPad, etc. I think I’m gonna get it. I’ve already started saving for it. I’ve been waiting over the last couple years to get into the VR/AR space as it’s matured and ultimately wanted to see what Apple would do in the space. I’m excited to see what developers come up with for various applications for the device but I think it has a lot of potential, but I do like most about the Vision Pro is that they are trying to make it feel like you have the option to not be excluded from your real environment, they put this emphasis on augmented reality and I think that’s really exciting. As someone who has been debating getting a TV for some time, this is a much more appealing option and when justifying the cost of the headset with a computer and a TV it does make sense.
Since the advent of smartphones, I have harbored a desire for wearable digital screens. Over time, various iterations have piqued my interest, but none have convinced me to invest my hard-earned money, including the Apple Vision Pro. Considering my longstanding loyalty to Apple, which dates back to our family’s first computer of the Apple II, it only seems logical to remain within the ecosystem that I am most familiar with.
Meta Quest 3 is already obsolete
i remember having infinate monitors using the quest 1 with link cable and wireless mod. I dont get the hype around the vision pro
im 15 and just saved for a 3D printer that was £450 cause i have a paper round, and man do i look at the specs with the vision pro and just imediatley get so hyped up and then immediately realise i wont be able to afford it until i get an actual real job lol. already have the quest 2 and its been really good. the one thing that really excites me about he quest 3 is the lighter weight and smaller form, so it will be interesting to see how it performs, although given the vision pro is powered by the m2 the processing power is no competition. and then theres the price. so yeah. lol.
I’m ordering a Vision Pro for each of my family members and the dog as well.
Apple’s Vision Pro ROCKS
Quest pro was expensive. Now Apple helped me choose Quest pro over PICO4 without making me feel guilty for spending too much.
You should compare Vision Pro to Microsoft’s HoloLens, which is also $3500. That is the target market for this headset. However, it is even better because it seems more capable of bridging between custom enterprise AR apps (e.g., training, etc.) and accessing their productivity tools (e.g., email, documents, etc.). Just as MacBooks creep into enterprises by capturing consumer personal use, Vision Pro will capture enterprise users in the same way.
I’m going to buy the apple one 😁
Cant wait till Samsung comes out with their version
2 completely different headsets for 2 different markets one is for gaming and the other A/R mix reality productivity. Well i am not interested in productivity so i was want VR gaming thats all i use vr for anyways. So ill just upgrade to Quest 3.
Wrong comparison! Doesn’t make sense, different products
For gamers, go for quest or other. For experience, go for apple
Why would you compare Q3 with Vision just because of the timing of the release? Would you compare a Chevy Spark with a Porsche Taycan of they released around the same time? Compare Vision, Magic Leap 2, Varjo and/or Quest Pro. They’re not “Apples to Apples”😂, but they’re at least in the neighboring orchards.
The Apple But can’t afford it so I will have to get the Quest 3
I already have a PSVR2 for my VR game fix. So I’m going for the Vision Pro.
not the same lane.
Quest 3 is a gaming device.
Vision Pro is a kidney transplant device.
Question 3 is like a mobile phone. Vision pro is like a MacBook, I’ll be saving for the vision pro
Nice
Turned it off when I seen the anti-American hat shes wearing.
Apple is going to be releasing early 2024… early.. what else significant is early in the year? Oh right, cough tax returns cough
“Maybe that is a question you should ask Chy-na.” DJT
Madam your hairs must be very ugly or dirty, since you are so ashamed to show it
People with money will buy the Vision Pro people who are broke will buy the Quest 3….
This is a terrible video. It doesn’t even attempt to answer the question or talk about Quest’s capabilities.
Meta Quest 3 is a better deal in my opinion but the PRO Looks Cool for the Wealthy Elite.
