Use your knife or axe to mark your trail ….
He isn’t dying of hunger, he is in ketosis. His body is burning fat and waist. Misleading title
😊👍
Fake Fake Fake
hunger pangs, but we all say hunger pain
Poor guy was probably in so much pain because he went from a fasted state (6 handfuls of berries x4 days +) to eating a significant amount of meat to break a long fast.
It’s dangerous to break a long fast with anything other than fruits/juices: and increased fluids.
I hope he was ok🌻
He really ought to stop saying he’s “never heard of saskatchewan” to the rest of the world he sounds like a hillbilly with grade 5 education when he says that. Are all Georgians this stoopid?
What’s his yearly salary?? How can he feed all those kids at that rate???
He could use a double quarter pounder with cheese now.
I’ve been an Archer a long time, he missed that shot.
Sorry, but STRONG people are not the ones who “turn off” their emotions! That actually makes you weak… it requires way too much energy to suppress. Strong people UTILIZE their emotional intelligence to push through and stay motivated and stubbornly focused…
You do know of course that with all this drama of being so hungry, that this show will only let it go on for so long before they deliver take out to them. 😊 jmo
I don’t understand why (many of?) the contestants don’t “plan ahead” for this kind of withdrawal?! I mean they’re ALL going to go into ketosis once they are there because there’s almost no starch/sugar in their diet any more. Going into ketosis without the right electrolytes is really horrible. Why don’t they switch to a keto diet a couple of weeks before starting the challenge? Also stop caffeine (and alcohol of course). So you can go through withrawal at home with all the help (elecrolytes, bone broth, mct oil etc.) and then you won’t feel it so much. Also, why have many(?) of them never even tried to fast for for several days? Just to experience what it is like and what helps with the symptoms and at what point the symptoms dissappear (because they do). The more you get your body used to fasting once in a while, the easier it becomes. So when you get there and have to fast for a few days, you don’t get into such a panic and your body doesn’t go into such an emergency state… He wasn’t “dying of hunger”, he has just never experienced any real hunger or food withdrawal before in his life.
