Yes all good but accuracy?
She could have slam fire that rifle pretty sure 🧂🇺🇸
❤
The history channel can turn a swarm of daddy long legs into an ancient atomic bomb. It’s pretty much a joke. I can’t watch it anymore.
Thanks, but Ill take the Winchester.
The glue was made from melted hoof and horn. When it cured it was as hard. Its also the glue too not just the linen.
Lol
That Chinese crossbow is only good against armor made of Dixie paper plates.
Spider silk is the strongest natural fiber,
Hemp is the strongest natural plant fiber.
You are really comparing a what, 5 round max, nerf crossbow to an AK? That is ridiculous
trained from birth to shoot 6 to 10 arrows a minute? Lars Anderson would beg to differ, and he didn’t train from birth!!
What destroyed Rome was entitlement.
While the US may have invented the first ACTUAL Machine Gun the FIRST rapid fire HAD to apparently have been the Ancient Chinese Repeating Crossbow… Just like alot of us have or had some sorta major flame weapons or units in their modern Martial forces. But we all know the ancient Greek/Brzyantines invented the modern idea of it in that sense. Odd though simple but drastic improvements like the trigger or even a basic sight system usually as we know an now use them for firearms an Modern crossbows was never something occurred, least like we know annuse them in vast majority of troops. An they kept mentioning AKs HOWEVER those ARE modern rifles an actually DO require standard training to both operate an not be considered just throw away troops with a small buy gun standards machine gun that probably wont either last too long or do too much particular damage otherwise. Something that regardless of the age is STILL fairly important to vast majority of fighting forces that DONT got either the tech or the manpower often to just throw away like that
My nephew name is Alex Schultz. But, he I severely autistic.
To bad modern day China is nowhere near as creative as they were in the past.
Some of the comments are ridiculous. Yes, modern weapons are more effective and deadly. But the ancient weapons were amazingly advanced *for the time period*. That’s the whole point of the series.
Love it 👍🤩😊
those repeating crossbows were used for crowd control , like to put down peasant revolts where they wouldn’t have armor. They also would poison the bolts.
Lol 24:08 “…if it weren’t for the evidence…”
24:36 “…now these helmets OBVIOUSLY existed but none survived…”
😂😂😂you can’t write better comedy than this.
The Chinese crossbow looks like it has very little power and horrible accuracy. 🤷♂️
Those poor horses and elephants 😢💔
Jeez, imagine the screams of elephants as they step on caltrops..
That crossbow seems a bit Nerfy. If they used that in battle it was the last battle they ever used it in. If it were at a much larger scale and had a person basically operating it like a rowing machine..while it sat on a swivel to rotate and change position so that it’s bolts blanket the advancing army..that might be effective.
Someone said those bolts were used for crowd control and the tips were poisoned..well now that would make sense.
That Helmet was too sick!
This must have been written by a liberal 🤨. Why are they comparing semi auto cross bows to fully automatic AK-47s AND implying the semi auto cross bow is on par with “machine guns”?!?
Secondly they found out in both Vietnam and Korea the “spray and pray” technique of dumping rounds down range was EXTREMELY wasteful and ineffective! That comment about the “more you can poor down range the stronger you are” is very outdated! Power was determined by TRAINING not just handing some rando a gun and suddenly they are freaking Rambo🙄😑.….
Yeah the cross bow is faster when you wait 6 years between shots on the repeater. 😂 god that was slow
Its called demascus steel you brainless baboons and 99 percent of blades are not and they dont just shatter.
