The ancient Persian Qanats (underground aqueducts) were in use about 1000 BCE and the Roman above ground aqueducts were in use around 300 BCE.
That’s grate history and video congratulation 👏👏👏
Before Kings and Generals, History March, Invicta and many many others there was the History Channel.
Another great documentary from the ancient civilization. Thank you for sharing.
By the time the Persian empire was on its way down the drain in 300 BC because of Alexander of Macedonia, another empire with the most formidable and memorable history was on its way up. Ancient Persia ended up going back to Persia and staying there. Rome went all the way around the Mediterranean sea, conquered Egypt, and Britain, and its legacy conquered the entire western world. It was a combination of attitude and the age in which these events took place that led to the world we have today.
Awesome video Thanks 👍
Interesting hydrology engineering. Must have a massive pain digging around all those rocks 😅
