The truth is that Alexander invaded a tiny Kingdom in the north west of India. Not sure if the title is accurate.
Ohhh really how clearly you guys changed your defeat into victory… Here no one lie about defeat or victory.… Alexander was defeated here he never conquered indian lands… If that was true then it was clearly mentioned in our history…
Alex did not defeat porus, its the other way around, porus defeated alex
When Invaders are being presented as GREAT😂😂😂
Why is Alexander here Pakistani?
You’re absolutely fake, pls go and research, India was much more advanced than Europe, how can Alexander win against mighty warriors, 😂😂😂😂
There is a limit to tell lies😅😅
ALEXANDER WAS DEFEATED IN INDIA AND WAS BADLY WOUNDED IN HYDASPAD BATTLE. SO, WHILE GOING HOME HE SCUMB TO DEATH DUE TO WOUNDS. PORUS WAS GREAT.
I don’t know why you are accepting things blindly without using your brain. Facts have logic. On this incident the fact of the matter of Alexander “ran back” after the battle with Purushottam. Purushottam killed his favourite horse. Alexander fell off from the horse. In those days once a king fell off from a horse, the battle is over. He is lost. When someone falls from a horse, it creates a severe injury. Why are you not asking these questions? Why are you blind and walking like a zombie? Why couldn’t you be like your fellow logical individuals who doesn’t believe something blindly and question it? Alexander burnt the cities of kings who refused to submit to him. But here Purushottam not only refused to surrender but also killed his favourite horse and humiliated him by throwing him on the floor on his back. So the narrative he “simply left Purushottam” is a fairy tale. Truth of the matter is Purushottam thoroughly defeated Alexander and injured him. His soldiers revolted and fell back. On the way back Alexander died from the injuries. Nalanda University existed very close to the battle between Alexander and Porus. And yet people didn’t evacuate the place and they didn’t record the battle. Either there was no battle or they didn’t feel threatened. So Alexander was soundly thrashed by Porus. Alexander was injured from this battle. After the defeat his soldiers revolted and they had to turn back. On the way Alexander died from his injuries.
Good cover up story btw🤣🤦 so suddenly he listened to his soldiers who don’t want to fight anymore n returned back. It had nothing to do with elephant armies in the battle which they never faced n massive indian Empire 😅 his commander selucus stayed on india’s border ruling Afghanistan for years but cldnt enter india later too bcoz india always had the massive n strong army. That he had to marry his daughter helena with Chandragupta maurya to get negotiations 🤣🙌
Porus was name given by greeks n made popular. His name was either puru or purushottam 🙌
Lol it wasn’t even indians. India was ruled by nanda empire at that time. Alexander had a battle with puru the commander of small tribal kingdom on the border of india. They just want to show Alexander as gret so they say he won against indians too🤣🤦 he got injured fighting puru. They knew he will die if he continues the fight n knowing a freaking nanda army the greek army chickened out n was sure all of them are gonna die with injured Alexander. Their emperor getting injured against small tribal army was enough for them to go back🙌
Alexander not so great
4:54 here comes the white pride and a distorted sense of history by these white people, suitably changing the history and setting there own narratives. Till they were winning it was there talent and when they lost then blamed it on soldiers that they disobeyed, else the winning strreak would have continued. Not to mention Alexanders army was more than twice of that of Purushottama’s(Greek: Porus) and this is documented, yet Purushotamma gave Alexander a run for his life and Alex even lost his horse. When a small kingdom as that of Purushotamma’s inflicted such a destructive blow to Alex’s army they new what what they were about to face when they went deeper into Bharat towards actual strongholds which they wouldn’t even dream of defeating
Reality:-alexander the great kicked out by an Indian king and later died😂
How historians tell the Alexander army was to go back to their home lands. Reality is they were defeated by King Porus and they want to retreat. This is the real history
Only if he had met the Nanda military — history would have been conflict free of what happened.
Indians with their NCRT British history books:
“He is been defeated by Porus 🤡”
Wrong history
Alexander was defeated in this battle and died on his way back home.
