I literally can have my phone go down to 2% in charge it in 10 minutes the pixel 7 pro takes an hour and 20 minutes of charge
One of the biggest reasons I opted for the 7 Pro this time around instead of the 7 was the Macro mode on the camera and it’s come in handy so many times, totally making it worth it over the 7. Not having that on my 6, there were so many times that I would have wanted it and needed it and I decided it’s not something I can do without on any phone after the 6. I am not a photographer by any means but the extra camera features of the Pro models are why I will likely keep getting it over the base Pixel.
I still love my Pixel 7 Pro. And it still works smoothly and no any issues with it and Pixel features is worth.
The Pixel is great just the battery life.. come on google you guys got this
Google should bring back unlimited storage saver uploads for the Pixel Pro line.
I have the Pixel 7, I like it but I find the resolution not as good as the amoled in the Samsung A54, in sunlight, you have to crank the display to the fullest brightness and the Pictures to me seem a little too dull.
Seriously? Benchmark for Android? Oh boy you’ve definitely never seen the world
If pixel comes with snapdragon chip I’m gonna get it but Tensor is just hot and ineffecient
I’m happy with mine. Got a great deal and upgraded from the 3A. Would not have been happy to pay full price at launch though.
for everyone who consider it right now, don’t. please just don’t. it’s an amazing phone ngl but, this exynos based chip overrated tensor G2 is annoying. getting warm very easily & yes it drains the battery. buy the 7pro if you want a pixel so badly because at least you got 5000Mah on it
It is notated I own a Pixel 7 pro and I would gladly trade it! NO usb c display out on an Android phone and not any phone, a google pixel!!! come on even apple dont do that. while we have, samsung dex mode, dual messemger features, secure folder and the same camera api integration for social media app on a samsung.… # Sumsing does better justice to android than google LATELY!
Bottom line I prefer Samsung’s idea of Andoid, One UI , and all the tools and features baked in.… great hardware plus excellent tools,
I really enjoy use pxl 7 .one of the best phone ever.
my Pixel 7 still perfect for everything, the downside only the battery life cannot hold my daily heavy use.
I have a love hate with this phone. I love the screen call features so much but i hate the battery that it wont last me a day for a regular use. Hope Pixel 8 will be a great one.
No sugar coating the P7 battery life. It sux! I am retired and so I am not a heavy user as I might have been when I was working. However, most of the time, I feel lucky if I don’t have to recharge the battery before the end of a normal day. Google has known about this problem since the P7 was introduced. Even though it has done many software updates to improve the battery life, it still is not a reliable phone when it comes to power duration. Google knows that and you should admit it too if you want your reviews to be considered credible.
Why the heck can’t they figure out the battery life
iPhone 15 sells for a much higher price with a 60 Hz display
Personally I prefer flat displays over the waterfall/curved displays (easier to handle and no mistouches)
Got my Pixel 7 a few days ago and i really like the overall experience, besides some nitpicks, like non-moveable Google-searchbar on the homescreen, that you cant remove the bar under keyboards etc.
BUT the biggest issue is probably the CPU of that thing. Due to it getting warm relatively quick, you can literally feel how inefficient that thing is and that will inevitably have a bad impact on the battery life. Im even worried to put a case on it and make it even worse for the phone. I hope they get this sorted with future generations or at least build the case around the issue (put some heatspreader in the back maybe or as the Google logo). Glass sucks anyway and is just slippery. So why not make the back useful?
Another paid review. The phone completely runs out of battery in 4–5 hours when using LTE, which is a terrible result. There are no other phones in this price range with such terrible battery life, but the video doesn’t mention it. Also, the phone heats up to 39 degrees when using LTE.
Conclusion: the author was silent about a serious smartphone problem that every Pixel user faces and that Google won’t be able to solve, most likely, until 2025.
Love my P7 after the A 14 update battery life has improved not a real heavy user but am on it through out the day SOT is about 9hrs that in mind I stay on LTE mostly unless im streaming or downloading content i use 5g ‚i generally keep auto brightness off..sweet spot is 65 or 70 is sufficient for brightness, maybe try these settings for a week and see if have a difference
