It IS a ridiculous cash grab but he has a good point… You can listen to a hell of a lot of stuff for that price.
Going to tower and buying a new CD every month was $20/month (BACK THEN) for 1 CD.
No subscription is a deal! I wish we had something good,
Shareholders will get that extra doe.. artist get no more tho.. pennies. This guy will get his 5th house and a bigger yacht.. nice
At a time where i am looking at my personal budget thinking “where can i make a cut?” Guess what gets cut first
Spotify has no video or lossless audio. Apple music and Youtube music are better choices.
He can shut up, too. Wow.
Stop raising prices!!! !!!!!!!!!!
I think you can pay it…. And I need a new yacht haha…
Greediness…
You know that not a single penny of those extra 3 dollars a month is going to go to the musicians that created Spotify’s content. It’s all going to that guy, other greedy executives, and Joe Rogan
So the more music getting put in to Spotify, the more they’ll charge you?
At least when you bought a cd 💿 you owned it and could play it anytime anywhere, now if you stop paying you have NOTHING! That’s what they want, for you to pay for nothing and owning nothing
Disgusting. And how much will go to artists? One percenters keep taking the mask off.
This will only increase piracy. Cuevana it’s coming back
Love it. Never stop holding their feet to the fire. They’ll tske every cent tuey can squeeze from you, why shouldn’t you question them?
Yeah everyone loves to explore music endlessly, no one ever just listens to familiar favorites. (sarcasm)
Buy a record a month from an artist you find interesting. Before you know it, you’ll have an excellent collection, you will have supported artists directly, and you will probably also become a more interesting person. Quality over quantity.
Spotify is still losing money. I think that they made a good product and they just don’t know how to make it profitable when they cannot hike the prices unless their competitors do it first.
Everything but Neil young
Before streaming we used to spend a lot more money for a lot less music
What a tool
