Do you think it’s pos­si­ble to cre­ate high-qual­i­ty and pro­fes­sion­al videos with a gimbal?

With the DJI Osmo Pock­et 3, the answer is yes!

The Pock­et 2 was a BEAST, and I was so skep­ti­cal when I heard the P3 was com­ing. I thought OTHER THAN the 1″ sen­sor, what could they do with it? I have my P3 but haven’t had time to play with it, but I am quick­ly admit­ting I was WRONG, and the P3 real­ly does stand out when com­pared to the P2.

I have a small trav­el YouTube chan­nel and for a few years I was using a GoPro 8. I decid­ed ear­li­er this year it was time to upgrade and my wife talked me into get­ting a Osmo Pock­et 3, and holy hell, I will nev­er lis­ten to that woman again. It is an obnox­ious cam­era. The most infu­ri­at­ing thing is that they took the most basic oper­a­tion of a cam­era and com­plete­ly removed it! So many times all I’ve want­ed to do is point the damn cam­era at some­thing and record, but nope! Not with the Osmo Pock­et 3. Oh, you want to record a motor­cy­cle rac­ing down the street, too f***ing bad because the cam­era decid­ed it want­ed to instead fol­low a bush. I can’t count the num­ber of times I sim­ply want­ed to pan the cam­era to show my phone, or a build­ing or f***ing any­thing, and I find myself tilt­ing the cam­era at extreme angles because it’s eas­i­er than using the stu­pid f***ing joy­stick. Oh, and some­times the joy­stick will move the gim­bal and oth­er times it will instead zoom in and out — when and why does it change? F*ck you, it does what it wants. And I know some­one is going to come in here and be like “DuR yoU JUsT DOn’t KnOW hOW tO UsE iT!” It’s a f***ing cam­era, I want to point it at some­thing and press record, how f***ing hard is that? Well the Osmo Pock­et 3 makes it hard! 

The only thing I like about it is the wire­less mic I got with the cre­ator pack. But once I’m back from my cur­rent trip I’m going to sell the stu­pid thing on ebay and just get a new GoPro like I should have done to begin with.

I love this. Its way bet­ter than just my iPhone 15 pro Max. Cause its small­er, way less obvi­ous, is gim­bal sta­bilezed and I Can just use my Phone while Recording
