What if… Spi­der Man wield­ed the Infin­i­ty Gaun­let
The Watch­er: In this uni­verse, Star­Lord inter­venes and fails the attempt to sep­a­rate the gaunt­let from Thanos.
But in oth­er uni­verse, Spi­der-Man is suc­cess­ful in remov­ing the gaunt­let and with the real­i­ty stone makes the gaunt­let of his size he and uses its pow­er to kill Thanos in an attempt to save Stark.
Since he was bit­ten by a radio active Spi­der he had no injury on using it. But the pow­er of stones greeds him and he refus­es to return it. He attacks the team and grabs the time stone with web shoot­ers and returns to Earth to Rule.
On Earth, the mind stone is suc­cess­ful sep­a­rat­ed from Vision by Shuri and destroyed, thus sav­ing Vision. Doc­tor Strange opens por­tals to bring every­one to Earth and fight The Spi­der Man now with an infin­i­ty mod­i­fied suit send­ing back Thanos Army Black order through Space stone.
Spi­der Man cre­at­ed an army of copies of heroes but with his spi­der-pow­ers and more pow­er­ful (Spi­der-Sol­dier with Vibra­ni­um shield, Spi­der Iron Man, Spi­der Hulk, Spi­der Wid­ow, Spi­der fal­con, Spi­der-Pan­ther, Spi­der Strange, etc).
A war begins. Iron man escapes through Strange’s por­tal and over­whelms Iron Spi­der­man and brings Aunt May. She con­vinces Park­er and he eras­es his army and feel­ing guilty burst into tears. Thor recre­ates Asgad and returns the Infin­i­ty stones and Spi­der man con­tin­ues his life as a friend­ly neigh­bor­hood hero. In mid-cred­its Spi­der-Soc­cer­er with pow­ers of Strange had escaped the scene and now plans to become Soc­cer­er Supreme and attack Kamar Taj.

This Avengers team was cool, I was hop­ing since the Sovi­et Union was will­ing to loan out Win­ter Sol­dier, that we would have also seen younger ver­sions of The Red Guardian and Vos­tokof­f’s Black Wid­ow (Natasha’s and Yele­na’s adopt­ed par­ents from the Black Wid­ow movie). 

Oth­er active play­ers at this time includ­ed Odin, Frig­ga though these Asgar­dians prob­a­bly would­nt have inter­vened in Midgard affairs; Wen Wu and Ying Li, though they prob­a­bly were inac­tive and liv­ing a peace­ful life at this point; the Ancient One though she says she nev­er inter­venes unless nec­es­sary and has remained as neu­tral as the Eter­nals and Namor.
