On the site, if Netflix doesn’t have a trailer accompanying the movie or tv show, I don’t watch it. Period. Plenty of friends and colleagues do the same thing. Yes, I know their reasoning behind the why, but it’s still annoying enough for many folks to question their subscription. We have so many more streaming options now — so much so, that sometimes the most mundane things like lack of trailers are what tips the scales towards canceling.
