I think Apple should treat the Apple Vision Pro like the first home com­put­ers. Make it so every­one in the house­hold can use it and share it.

Alex’ and David’s dis­dain for AI despite clear­ly not talk­ing to any­one out­side their imme­di­ate social cir­cle about its func­tion­al­i­ty and use cas­es con­tin­ues to be troubling.

2. I dont have his TV but im pret­ty sure there is a play­store app installed where he can update the Android apps, like i can on my Phillips Android TV

Since most of the “after shocks” are rants the oth­er hosts have about a giv­en “light­ning round” top­ic, I believe they should be called “thun­der grum­bles”. After all, what comes after lightning?

Com­fort depends on the light seal and bands. Go and change them out if it’s not comfortable.

I dun­no, man. I dropped the four grand. Day one. Amaz­ing. Day two, pret­ty amaz­ing. Day three, I watched half a movie. Day four. I didn’t put it on. Heavy, uncom­fort­able, expen­sive. I pow­ered through that stuff. It’s just a bit of a pain. The eye track­ing is just OK. And guess what? Peo­ple touch their fin­gers and thumbs togeth­er all the time.

Cus­tomers should be relent­less about Apple for­go­ing mul­ti-user sup­port. This is anti/consumer and it needs to end now. I can under­stand why iPhones don’t have it, but iPads, AVP demand it.

I’m sor­ry guys, but you don’t get the big­ger pic­ture. Hard- and soft­ware wise the Vision Pro is absolute­ly capa­ble of much more. It all comes down at cre­ativ­i­ty. The one thing only cre­ative peo­ple can add, pro­gram­mers will make it, but the basis is cre­ativ­i­ty. You just talk about the ‘the thing’ as it is. Like some­one who sees a piano for the first time, describers the piano, hears the music that pro­gram­mers put in to it, but a real cre­ative pianist can get most out of it and than you will be in awe. So, dis­cussing the Vision Pro as being ‘just anoth­er VR head­set’ is absurd. It is much more than this. And there is a huge gap between con­sumer and busi­ness wise usage. This part is also miss­ing in you dis­cus­sion. I’m not an Apple geek, but some­one who knows a lot about all kinds of tech­ni­cal inno­va­tions since 2003 and know what works and what not. The Vision Pro is a huge leap that out­smarts every­thing that is out there. If I would use it just as it is 2 weeks after the intro­duc­tion, I would agree, but try to step out of this nar­row mind­ed con­clu­sions that are based on easy tar­gets and under­stand the big­ger pic­ture. To easy to judge by the way you do.

This is not a Vision Pro issue. These ppl are just com­plain­ing about vr. They should prob­a­bly real­ize that this is the best vr prod­uct mon­ey can buy. If you like vr you should own this. If you’re not into it. Then fine. Your not into vr

As some­one who uses VR dai­ly for 7+ years Apple has deliv­ered quite a rev­o­lu­tion. You guys sound a bit quite Steve Ballmer and Nokia when iPhone came out. Vision Pro is a rev­o­lu­tion as IS.

MS com­mu­ni­ca­tion is poor was the only fail­ing in last weeks out. Why did you not men­tion that for years Sony have been releas­ing their pre­mier IP’s on anoth­er platform?

If Ope­nAI are charg­ing $20 and MS CoPi­lot are charg­ing $20 how many more of these sub­scrip­tion ser­vices are gonna pop up and then Ope­nAI (Non Prof­it???) say here it is for free?
