Problem with USA and modern day netizens : a guy helping u save from bad decisions is not appreciated and the companies who are forcing u to make bad decisions are also not good. You dont know what you want yet. Decide and choose a side. You want 10$ worth of product for 20000$ or do u want atleast 20000$ worth of product for 20000.
These articles will almost make you feel bad for making a comprehensive video review about products for broader audience to avoid.
The truth and dignity must win, keep up your great work ❤
How many times do we see in the gaming industry a bunch of hand-picked reviewers or paid shills for a triple‑A high profile game go out giving it 9s and 10s, game comes out and it’s shit, nobody buys it and it flops. Happens all the time. You can’t prop up a bad product with good reviews, the truth eventually comes out. Word of mouth is more powerful than advertising. The same doesn’t NECESSARILY hold true for bad reviews. IF a bunch of high profile reviewers for some reason have an axe to grind against a company releasing a good product, they CAN impact the initial sales. I think it would take a lot more than some negative influencer press to sink a good product though. And that’s the real question — is it a good product getting a bad rap, or is it just honest reviewing. 99 times out of a hundred companies accusing reviewers of sinking their product just have a shit product.
So you don’t give them a chance to correct their mistake but instead you’ll accelerate their failure.
Bad products kill companies.
I love honest reviews. It helps the world make better choices. The customer benefits in the end.… That’s where it matters.
Reviewers are basically catalysts, provided they do good, honest reviews. No review will ever destroy a company by itself, as it is also judged by the general public and part of them that will use the product.
Honest review is the reason why I watch your videos and not iJustine’s, who gives all companies (sponsors?) too much credit.
Bad products kill companies
I actually don’t think MKBHD makes negative reviews enough. I bought the Galaxy A54 for example because of his review and I thought it was an average phone and good for the average consumer, but it needed a lot of refinement for a power user.
Making a video talking about bad products being inside a product. Semiotic
Stay honest and do what You do. You are awesome Marques.
Companies controlling reviews is like government controlling public press news that just turns into a monopoly but in secret
@mlbhd also Ben Thompson wrote a whole article in your defense! 😊
If I’m a consumer and not a beta tester, I expect the product to perform as advertised. My means are limited, and I rely on independent reviews. Truth in advertising is not adequately enforced by the government, consumer protection is a joke. I need people like you to help inform my decision making, and I appreciate your time, expertise, candor and patience in explaining the why behind the reviews you give. Thank you!
fisker was a scam from day literally a decade ago. this 2.0 was greater scam because the SPAC.

If nobody’s honest people are gonna get scammed by companies
Please review the Chevy blazer ev
If this is considered unethical to make bad reviews, you might as well put everyone from shark tank to the gallows.
It’s not bad reviews that kill companies…it’s BAD PRODUCTS!!! And a “bad review” is just a piss poor excuse for companies as the reason they are going under
Youtube Bruce Banner ❤
Without bad reviews good companies would never reach their full potential.
It’s very telling of our culture when commentators show more concern for companies than for the people who spend lots of money buying a product and expecting it to work as advertised
