Serial k isis
As someone who’s owned 3 different Hauwei watches, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy them. Within 12–24 months, each one died unexpectedly. Lcd died on the first two, and the latest I had just tuned off and never turned back on.
I have a GT 3 Pro and have been getting 2+ weeks on a charge however battery life on the newer models is not supposed to be as good. I also have a Google pixel watch and hate having to charge it daily. Petal Maps is great but doesn’t work in the US. I live in Canada and had to side load Huawei Health and Petal Maps apps since Huawei was banned from the play store. Overall the watch works much better than either the pixel watch or Fossil gen 6.
Does it has voice assistant?
I have a Watch GT Runner. It’s crap, probaably the worst option a runner could pick. The ‘current’ pace constantly changes, instead of showing the average over a longer distance.
The predicted race times are worse than what I’ve actually done in past races and training runs, as RECORDED by the watch. The training plan doesn’t allow 3 or 4 months of planning in advance, which makes it useless for marathon training. The heartrate measurement is WAY off. ‘Conversational’ pace, as confimed by my Polar chest band, is supposedly alarmingly high according to the watch. I could go on for a while, but I guess I made my point. Maybe this GT 5 Pro is better, but I sure am not taking the risk again.
If Huawei still had Google Services, it will easily dethrone Samsung & Apple.
got mine today.…just fcuking amazing !! ❤❤
fluoride in the bracelet!!! wtf!
Has Huawej gt5 Faldetection ?
Got mine as bundle that came with Huawei earbuds. I had GT2 model and was surprised how much battery life it still had left after 4 years of daily use.
I just find it ridiculous that every single reviewer seems to completely avoid talking about the disappointing software experience using the Huawei smartwatches. It makes me wonder if they even used the watches longer than for the time of recording. And it seems borderline dishonest.
Yes, the watches are stylish and very well made, but the loops you have to jump through just to sync them with your smartphone are insane. First, you have to sideload all Huawei’s software through third-party unapproved chinese sources (specifically Huawei Health and Huawei Medical Services), as they are not even listed on the Play Store. Then, Huawei Health greets you with random chinese UX. Want to sync the steps to another app like Google Fit or Fitbit? You’ll need another piece of software like HealthSync, and probably also Health Connect. Counting floors? Nope. Syncing alarms? Nope. NFC payments? Nope. Syncing do not disturb modes? Nope. For every great thing with GT4 there were three small annoyances that ruined the good impression.
Loved the GT4 (amazing design, and so is GT5) but finally switched to Pixel Watch 3 45mm. Never looked back. A watch that WORKS AS EXPECTED, finally.
Last year I have up on a Series 7 Apple Watch in favour of a Huawei GT3 Pro Titanium. It was a cheap ‘Upgrade’ and the best thing I could’ve done. A whole week of battery life was enough to make me forget about any feature that might’ve been superior on the Apple Watch. Now the 5 Pro is very tempting
White ring starts to appear around the watch screen.
Google watch is pathetic compared to this
In Poland we can pay on this huawei we use Quicko
Doesnt have wear os so it sucks
Can‘t get to use the swipe diagonal feature. it just does not pop for me
Shame they don’t find a work around for card payments
Is it compatible with Strava?
It’s kinda annoying the NFC thing, I bought the gt4 pro for my mum and it’s pretty neat and I’m tempted to buy this one, but again the NFC is kinda a dealbreaker for me, but I haven’t seen and better option and I know the battery is great that I think would compensate the NFC
What is the internal storage capacity? I cant find it anywhere😒🙃🙃! How much music, maps and faces????
I’m very curious, can you use a gt2 pro battery pack on a gt2 sport and make it wireless charging
El pixel es mucho menos preciso en detección de sueño, al menos en mi experiencia
NFC, voice assistance, a proper map navigation, no WiFi.. yet, super overpriced! Shamelessness.. for 365 euros price tag?! For less than 200 eur you can get all of the above. Yes, the only good thing is the design and the battery, but what’s the point? I will wait a couple of more decades for these silly manufacturers to make a complete watch, without a deal breaker miss..
Is possible to add satellite view in health app when we check the tracking ?
I have got honor gs pro. Battery life is insane on Huawei watches.
