Regard­less of Chi­na’s desire to be ‘dif­fer­ent’ from the West, there’s no earnest future in this line of design.
If it’s not more prac­ti­cal & durable, it’s a fail­ure in the long run.

I think, until/unless they are able to make decent thin cam­eras, fold­ables should be con­sid­ered “fold­able tablets WITH PHONES” and skip the elab­o­rate cam­era array just as tablets do. I’m a big fold­able user and would give up a good cam­era for a good tri-fold.

THis phone looks bril­liant, but its qual­i­ty is apper­ent­ly poor, they break eas­i­ly, and they are to cost­ly for what they are, and thi­er per­for­mance is poor. I would rather just buy an ipad and an iphone or some sam­sung phone, and keep them both, and it would be a bit cheaper.

This Fold 6 SE and the IPhone 16 are just too late. Not only me, but most fold­able enthu­si­ast now shift­ed to Hon­or Mag­ic V3, no more has inter­est in the pre­vi­ous­ly Galaxy Note ver­sion i first used the Note 6 then upgrad­ed to Galaxy Note 10 Plus, then to S22 Ultra then Fold 6 or the IPhone vari­ants which i first tried with the iPhone 7 Plus as a sec­ond phone. After using it for sev­er­al months I found that the Fold 6 is still not per­fect as its too nar­row, thick and short when fold­ed. For­tu­nate­ly, Hon­or came up with a bet­ter fold­able phone that had made me shift­ed to the Hon­or Mag­ic V3 now I used for one month. I gave a wow impres­sion real­ly amaz­ing with its size like an ordi­nary phone when fold­ed and when open its a Tablet, more­over its super thin and its S Pen enable. You guys should get the Hon­or Mag­ic V3 and see the dif­fer­ences with the Galaxy S24 Ultra and the Galaxy Fold 6. Now that Sam­sung has came up with this Fold 6 XT, but it’s too late as most peo­ple out there has owned the Fold 6 and most­ly they will not upgrade. We’ll, its bet­ter to go for the Hon­or Mag­ic V3 instead. Now I am look­ing for­ward to sim­ply own the Huawei Mate XT as my pri­ma­ry device and hand­ed over my Hon­or Mag­ic V3 to my wife as she has been star­ing at it since the day i pur­chased it hihi…😊👌🌹

The thick­ness is not impor­tant, does it work, is the sound any good, does iy have a head­phone jack? Does it work with an Air­pod? Does it scratch? That sort of thing. I’ll come back when you’ve got the answers.
