Project Orion is Meta’s first pair of true AR glasses. They project hologram onto the world and are controlled with a neural wristband. They aren’t for sale but they’re a prototype of what Meta thinks will replace your smartphone in the coming years. #MetaConnect #Technology

AR is probably the only tech out there that can surpass smartphones as the next thing. VR will always be awkward to use in a social environment.
This technology will revolutionise our lives after maturing
I would like to work for a company to bring new ideas of technology
I can imagine myself playing virtual table tennis
As soon as I put on the quest three I knew that this is where it was going
Can I buy the band now? It would have a market just as a HID and would let meta fund it’s development through sales..
Give up my Facebook account. If you cant manage your team give up your duty
“They’re really expensive” “okay, yea yeah, send me one!” 😒
As creepy as it gets.
Dade ke rojana ke tanaka 96 areb ha ave dade k pasa 35 asink ha dade 35 asink k duneya k malek ha jatin bisht
This will be a great product.
The speech translation capability must be another unique selling point
So bulky, yet so attractive. Nice prediction.
If you thought smartphones ruined society…
AVP 👽
What’s up/ …/ Well / yeah, .. can’t wait to hear 🙉/ nothing about your case /.
I would like to use this wear band on my phone… so i dont have to scroll touching the screen… yeah laziness is the key of perfection
Is ray ban better?
Orion possesses the potential to surpass all other augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) wearables in terms of its capabilities. With its current design and potential, I would like to suggest the following enhancements for the consumer version:
1. The wristband should incorporate a watch to enhance its practicality.
2. The display should feature a button or switch to enable sleep or off mode, thereby conserving battery life and extending the device’s lifespan.
3. The computing unit equipped with cameras should facilitate video calls and conference meetings. This would reduce the animations and rendering of 3D model faces of the user, thereby conserving power and enhancing the versatility of selfies and other applications.
4. The computing unit should have the capability to connect to a laptop or computer for data transfer and charging while in use.
I really liked meta quest 3 but it’s too heavy.. I hope this gets released soon!
Is there a thicker version
Whoa this is some horizon zero dawn stuff
I need a free vr please and I love meta am a huge fan of the meta quest 3s

Can’t wait for this
Corney as a mug
Why are they calling the wristband neural. I am excited about electromyographic input finally but it’s just reading muscles. Though I suppose with enough learning it could accomplish something similar to mind reading.
It would be fun to use a smartwatch as a controller.
He’s such a strange looking criminal, Zuck.
i just tried hololens, they are cool, the potential for ar is there, the problem is the quality of more detailed holograms or when you try to read small text or when you need to distinguish between nuances of the same color.
