Why would some­one object to this kind of research? That is gen­uine­ly just illog­i­cal, what they did is a very impor­tant research that can help peo­ple. And then there are stu­pid mass­es that say what they’re doing is bad for lit­er­al­ly no reason???

IVF, because it’s ‘clever’ and sci­en­tif­i­cal­ly achiev­able to cheap­en the process & mean­ing of human rear­ing… It’s actu­al­ly an ear­ly step in phys­i­cal alien­ation, sys­tem-wide. So, one must (legal­ly) DEFINE THE WORDS “Help­ing” and also define “Peo­ple”. Here we have styl­is­tic word uti­liza­tion as if it were actu­al sub­stan­tive uni­ver­sal debate. I pre­fer to use the word “Per­sons” and define what I mean. Also, IVF is a gate­way drug to plen­ty of worse process­es, sen­ti­ments, ratio­nales, med­dling, and not to men­tion ‘access’ to ‘mate­ri­als.’ Neo-Dar­win­ian PostHists would MOST DEFINITELY approve of legal­ly alien­at­ing the human body from its process of beget­ting. Oh, they very MUCH LIKE “hav­ing to decide who will get help and who will not.” That’s called “selec­tiv­i­ty” as in nat­ur­al vs arti­fi­cial selection. 

It’s the future of neo-dar­win­ian Tran­sHu­man­ist ‘evo­lu­tion’ — to arti­fi­cial­ize, expro­pri­ate, alien­ate, begin­ning with the human brain, mind, body, and FAMILY itself. To arti­fi­cial­ize it too much, runs the risk of what I call being duped by the sci­en­tis­tic fan­ta­sy agen­da of craft­ing a “sci­en­tis­tic exper­i­men­tal petri dish of every­thing” — every sub­stance & being treat­ed as moral­ly the same with­out bound­ary. Amoral­i­ty to the extreme — under the rich & well-con­nect­ed con­trollers. And under the guise of ‘sci­ence’ or ‘choice’ or ‘exper­i­men­ta­tion’ or what­not — a new human slav­ery. Wit­ness: human cere­bral organoids wired in to microchips, “car­rot & sticked” into per­form­ing tasks until they die. What’s the prob­lem? LIVING, HUMAN, ACTIVELY THINKING/PROCESSING/CHOOSING, NEURAL TISSUE. The ques­tion aris­es of the mean­ing of Indi­vid­ual, Moral­i­ty, Choice, Sen­tience or Aware­ness, etc. And RESPONSIBILITY via ACCOUNTABILITY to some­thing high­er than Human. Hence: the Neo-Dar­win­ian PostHist debate IS about God and Morals — and the gen­e­sis of the human fam­i­ly tree and its mean­ings thru history.

I’m not impressed.
At present, in present pro­ce­dures, IVF is far from effi­cient, btw. It fails far more than it suc­ceeds. Expen­sive­ly — to mind, finances, body, and soul…
Nor, in the long run, will IVF lead to a bet­ter cul­ture if it becomes more wide­spread — it is a com­modi­ti­za­tion of the very act of form­ing the next gen­er­a­tion. Chil­dren are not meant to be com­modi­ties. And it will be fol­lowed by MUCH worse choic­es & sit­u­a­tions AND EXPROPRIATED CONTROLS than peo­ple decid­ing to have a child for them­selves… Peo­ple such as the Bill Gates clan are very well aware and prob­a­bly have some things cook­ing as we speak.
