Nice movie but … hotel man­age­ment karke 10+ yrs chef ka expe­ri­ence lekar U.S mein job karne walo ke liye con­fu­sion cre­ate kar­ti hai. Busi­ness ke liye investment,startup sup­port aur upcom­ing loss­es ka sochkar koi kadam nahi uthate. Jo log bahar aise job karte hain unka sirf ek hi AIM hota hai sav­ings. Ek posi­tion bhi milti hai aur 4 times high­er income. Ek hi con­stant tax hota hai,constant social secu­ri­ty tax,hourly basis work etc. jo ki india mein ajkal pos­si­ble nhi hai. Yahaan taxes,bribe,unions aur sab­se bada issue unem­ploy­ment aur agar chef ki posi­tion mili bhi to salary kam. Isliye ajkal jo chal­ra­ha hai uspar aad­har­it ye movie bani hai aat­manirb­har chef 👨‍🍳. Per­for­mance sab­ki acchi thi. But just take it as a kalpanik katha.
