The Bose now have multipoint since the latest update.
I use them for running and even at events where I go all out they stay in place with no trouble.
Love them so much, I can wear them for the whole 7 hours until they need a charge without any pressure feeling or need to change the position they are in.
The drives are faster than MKHMD trough a school zone
I have the Bose open earbuds. Do NOT put them on the way he’s showing how he wears them. They need to be at a 45 degree angle. They are extremely comfortable, you forget they’re even there. They sound amazing for not having a seal. They won’t fall off and are great for the gym. The only thing that irks me is when you resume a video that’s been paused longer than 10 seconds there’s a 1 second delay until audio starts up.

What would have been nice to know is the fact how other people perceive it from a sound perspective. Do they hear what you’re hearing? How would it sound, if i was in the bus sitting next to someone. Would they also hear the podcast I’m listening to?

I think marques misses the point of open back headphones. They are not analog transparency mode. They sound better than closed backs because the sound is not squished into your ears, it floats around your ear so the layering in the sound is much better. Thát is the function of open backs, not transparency.

I think trasparency in open an headphone is a marginal feature.
I use HD650 as well from years at home, I don’t use them “because I want trasparency”.
I use them because I wanna hear music at VERY GOOD quality without spending thousands of Euro on an hifi system, or having to deal with neighbors. Because I like the sound more, and they have an incredible sound stage, and they are way less fatiguing than closed headphones over long sessions.
It’s definitely not a pair of headphones to wear in an open enviroments, mostly because people around you will hear everything.

The openbuds start to hurt really badly after a few hours. They hold in with the hard plastic, no rubber at all!

In ear ows prevents from blocking ear canal and can be used for long hours without pain so ows is worthit for ppl who need earphones for long hours without discomfort.

Everyone is so focused on that one thing that they forgot to point out that yet another startup was obliterated
As others have said, open backs are all about letting the drivers move freely which gives better soundstage. My pair of $70 open back headphones has vastly better soundstage than anything I tried up until about $250 — $300 in closed backs. They bleed, I can hear some outside noise, but their function is drivers moving freely, not letting outside noise in.
Ear doctor told me traditional pice in earbuds or pieces or whatever, are not good for us and we create more germ problems inside since they have no outlet if used for hours non stop. I wonder if that is why they are creating these new earphones

Does anyone know open Earbuds that work well with iPhones? I tried the Bose Ultra Open, but the connectivity is just horrible compared to AirPods. I can’t wear closed headphones or earbuds, so transparency mode is not an option. Also, sound quality is more accurate with an open design.
