Feels like a down­grade to me, a part from the SD8 Elite

They real­ly turned the S pen into a plas­tic stick and called it an upgrade 💀

I love down­grades, bra­vo Samsung

What’s the point of hav­ing a 200MP cam­era if you only men­tion the 12MP?🤣

Inter­est­ing video high­light­ing the very few upgrades for the S25 and makes me won­der if going with the S24 with the Blue­tooth pen would be the bet­ter option.

To be hon­est no rea­son to buy s25 ultra over s24 ultra.

Just bought the 23 ultra at an unbe­liev­able price , love the curved screen on a big phone , 25 ultra is the worst upgrade ever besides the chip

So let’s give a run­down of the changes

+ round­ed cor­ners of the frame
+ shrank the bezels a bit
- Ultra­w­ide cam is worse based on Will’s descrip­tions vs s24 ultra
- turned the s pen into a plas­tic stick
- still charges slow­er than a 2018 bud­get phone
- same bat­tery capac­i­ty for 4th gen­er­a­tion in a row

So basi­cal­ly they took the s24 ultra (which you can buy in excel­lent con­di­tion for £700), round­ed the cor­ners, down­grad­ed the cam­eras and S pen… And charged £1300)

This years mod­el failed to impress 🤦. I mean, the whole “note-wor­thy” thing is all but gone now, the s pen lost its blue­tooth func­tions and air ges­tures, this over­clocked 8 elite is noth­ing impres­sive and the phone lost its note-phone like design as well..

It’s pro­nounced ip 6/9 not ip69 fyi. I’m stick­ing with the s23 ultra until they build in magsafe style qi2 with­in the phone

I get the feel­ing since many peo­ple hate the down­grade, they’d release a S‑Pen Pro with the damn but­ton and Blue­tooth func­tion as an apology.

The focal sell­ing point is not about the minor upgrade. The Snap­drag­on 8 Elite pow­er­house chipset is the biggest upgrade in terms of per­for­mance and there’s cur­rent­ly noth­ing out there that can match it.
